The room is set in a wonderful part of Paris just a short walk to various restaurants patisseries, boulangeries and the Rue Saint Maur Metro metro station. The room is provided with all you need including a great shower and comfortable beds.

The apartment is really comfortable, we were 4 friend and managed really well with the kitchen, big table to eat, hover and washing machine. The owner is really kind and available, the neighborhood is super nice with lost of bars and restaurants and metro station really close.

It was overall a good stay. It was a studio apartment and not two separate rooms/separate bedroom so a little crammy at times. Overall a good stay.

Das Apartment ist als Wohnung mit 2 Schafzimmern inseriert, das ist es definitiv nicht! Um das Bett ist ein Vorhang gesetzt, deswegen beharrt der Eigentümer darauf es sei ein 2 Schlafzimmer-Appartement. Ich wollte das ein paar Tage vor meiner Ankunft klären, bekam keine Antwort von ihm! Er ließ mich auch nicht von der Buchung zurücktreten oder sie verkürzen! Er schob sogar die Schuld auf mich: ich wolle wohl keinen schönen Urlaub, wenn ich vorher schon unzufrieden bin!! Unverschämt, und meiner Meinung nach eine Masche. Zweiter, erheblicher Nachteil des Appartements: man lebt wie in einer Gruft!! Kein Tageslicht, keine Frischluftzufuhr möglich. Die Schiebetür auf Glas führt in den geschlossenen Flur des Gebäudes, dort wo die Briefkästen sind. Zudem hört und sieht man jeden Nachbarn rein und rausgehen. Meiner Meinung nach ein Scam, ich will mein Geld zurück !

Appartement conforme à la description, calme et très bien situé pour découvrir Paris. Le quartier est agréable et animé, avec commerces, restaurants, métro et parc à proximité. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et les échanges avec le propriétaire.Petit bémol : l’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure, ce qui le rend sombre et sans vue, mais cela apporte beaucoup de calme.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location.

Einraum-Wohnung ohne die Möglichkeit durch das Öffnen eines Fensters zu lüften. Das Geschirr u.a. In der Küche war nicht sauber - musste alles vor Benutzung abgewaschen werden. Die Lage ist super. Tolle Metro-Anbindung (verschiedene Linien erreichbar).

Les attentions tels que les serviettes de toilette, le linge de lit le café le sucre… sont très appréciables Seul regret le manque de fenêtre vers le dehors, la baie vitrée et la fenêtre donne sur un hall d’entrée beaucoup de bruit la première nuit avec la porte d’entrée et l’escalier L’annonce de 2 chambres qui ne sont pas réellement deux chambres doit être revue. La proximité du métro est un avantage Le propriétaire a été très agréable
