Family-friendly, easy check in, very clean.Highly recommended for families or couples. Very relaxed great for fishing and boating. Pool was warm and clean. Pier was good for fishing and sunsets.Highly recommended.
The Bocilla condo was perfect for our family. The condo was well equipped, and the grounds at Bocilla offered a ton of amenities that we took advantage of, including swimming at the pools, playing tennis, and a dock for our fishing boat (and marina store with very helpful and friendly staff). Will certainly be back, thank you!
The complex is beautiful with direct access to the Charlotte Harbor and neighboring islands. The condo is nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need. A great place to get away and relax!
We loved the location, Dan was very accommodating easy check in and out. We were there 3 months very quiet old Florida location, would stay again definitely need a boat to explore amazing beaches and fishing
Love this place! Condo was clean, well kept, quiet, great set up and location. Fishing was great. Happy to see they added limited pickleball hours at the tennis courts. Beautiful pools. Can't wait to go back!
This was our third summer/twins birthday trip in a row staying here. We love it and will keep coming back. Perfect spot for boating, fishing, watching fireworks, relaxing and pool time. Our happy place :)
The property was just as listed and was nicely stocked and maintained. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Everything worked and there were no surprises. We were lucky to get it as it books very quickly.
Owner/Host was very accessible and helpful for the few questions we had. We are a local retired couple whom just wanted to get away for a few days. The condo was spotless with close access to boat slip, pool and marina. 5 stars!
Place was just as advertised. Check in process was simple. Communication was easy. We had no issues at all. Boat slip worked great and the grounds were very well kept. We would definitely come back.
My husband and I just wanted to get somewhere sunny, warm and quiet. The Bocilla townhome did not disappoint. We had access to two pools, shuffle board, pickle ball court and boat launch that we didn't need. The space was perfect for us. It was quite and met some very friendly neighbors. The weather for our three weeks couldn't be beat.

Check in was difficult, not sure if I didn’t get the key code or if it was caught in spam. We had to work through Vrbo to reach owner. Once we got in touch, everything was fine. The condo was just as described.
Very nice and quiet place. Loved it! Caught tarpon and black tip sharks, along with a crap load of cat fish from the pier. Scenery was great, had an up lose and personal meeting with a manatee, way cool.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property overall. It was comfortable and close to beautiful and more private beaches and fishing. Very relaxing and beautiful. The condo was as advertised except for accommodations at BIC. One pool was out of service the whole time, dock didn’t have electric to charge batteries and ramp
hours were not convenient. Pickleball couldn’t be played on tennis courts (that was our assumption not owner’s issue), never was able to get onto a pier. BUT even with these things, we would go back. It wasn’t a deal breaker just kind of frustrating with no one to really help us resolve issues. Hopefully the BIC can figure that out.
We still really enjoyed our stay, had plenty to do and not do. You must walk or drive down to Cap’n Con’s fish house and enjoy their food. Just what you’d expect for a little fishing town.
We really enjoyed our trip. The place was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to stay with our boat. Short ride to Cayo Costa for swimming and we had a great place to watch fireworks for the 4th on the water. We already booked for next summer!
Super clean upon arrival. Had all necessary kitchen essentials for a longer stay. Bedding was great quality and no lack of pillows. Clear of all the unnecessary table decorations so perfect for a stay with little ones to be more stress free!
