Beautiful area

My only issue was the poor security lighting at night, parking area and entrance to the condo. Also it was difficult finding the building the first night I got there in the dark.

Nice place

Nice place, need to replace fan on porch, ice maker is slow, garbage disposal had something that stunk from previous tenants, not cleaned very well and left very little toilet paper, 1 trash bag and no paper towels. For the amount of money things cost, more essentials should be left for tenants. Pool closest to condo was closed all week and wasn't notified. Pictures can be deceiving so look closely. Also this unit does not include a boat slip and it was an extra $200 just for two boat slips.
