This cabin was a perfect fit for our family of five and our dog. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a highlight of our stay. The location made it easy to get on the snowmobile trails, and the hosts were wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I’m glad Chippewa River Cabin was a great fit for your family and your pup. That is exactly what we hope for when families choose to stay with us.
The hot tub after a day on the snowmobile trails is hard to beat, and I’m happy the location made getting out on the trails easy.
I appreciate you mentioning communication as well. We’d be glad to host you again anytime.
We loved how remote this cabin was, it was so quiet and beautiful. We loved the property and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lively stay in the woods.
Cabin was nice; maybe a bit more remote than what I was hoping; host was very accommodating on a short notice trip. Wonderful cabin; enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the river.
We had such an amazing time. This property was everything it was described to be and more! Everything was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. We really hopeTo be back very soon!

Kara, thank you so much for coming. We love the magical nature of the property in the fall when all the leaves start to turn, it's a joy to share it with families like yours! Please come again anytime!
Absolutely great place to rest, especially if you'd like to be near a region with many lakes. Well kept, very clean, and the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The property really is secluded. Be prepared to drive a bit for any supplies.
The cabin itself was very clean and well appointed.
Communication with the owners was great.
We loved our stay there.

Thank you so much Marni! We would love to have you back this summer!
This was a perfect, private getaway with everything we needed. More than just the necessities it was equipped with many little extras that made it feel like home. Great communication.
Our stay couldn't have been any better. For someone who loves woods and water--and that's me--I was very blessed to be able to be there. It was difficult to leave and go home!
Our stay was wonderful! Had everything we needed and more. Hosts were quick to communicate. Loved the welcome guide to suggest places to swim, fish and eat. If you have young children, they have everything you need!!! Very clean. Beautiful and quiet property.
We had a great girls’ weekend and enjoyed the peaceful, rustic setting. That said, accessing the river was difficult due to the rocky shoreline, one friend was injured and needed urgent care. We also didn’t realize smoking wasn’t allowed anywhere on the property until after booking, so sharing that upfront could help future guests.
I enjoyed our vacation at this location. The cabin was clean, well stocked and in a beautiful location. The boys swam, kayaked and spent many hours away from their electronics. The coffee bar was a hit with everyone. Our hosts were always available to answer questions.

Andrew and Brittney are such great hosts! The listing immediately caught our eye and they were so nice and accommodating during the booking process.
Check in and check out were super easy and the property is even nicer in person! We stayed here during Spring Break away from school and stress and we are so glad we did. 10/10 will definitely be back again!!
Our stay was amazing. Everything was very clean - it was like staying in luxury up in the woods. Communication with the host was flawless, she was very helpful and fast to reply. Hot tub was clean and perfect. So many extras that we didn’t expect like s’mores kit, paper towels, zip lock bags and tin foil, bathroom and shower supplies, the list goes on. We look forward to staying here again!!

This place was great. Location was very secluded which is what I wanted more than anything. Was mostly clean, though the floors could have been swept a bit better. Had a small issue with the oven while there and the communication from the owner could not have been better! Very quiet place; cool area. If you're looking for a very quiet get away, this is your place!

About the host
Hosted by Brittney Gradall
We are a nomadic family of 5, making our home in the US during the summer before returning to our tourism business in Africa in the fall. We enjoy visits with our 3 boys to the park, creating special spaces for families to enjoy restful vacations, and visiting new places.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this secluded, quiet spot in late 2020. Amidst Covid and everything that was going on it quickly became a small refuge and peaceful location for our family to get away. We love the idea of sharing that with our guests and making sure they have everything they need for a restful vacation.
What makes this property unique
We love that the river flows pretty much all year round, offering peaceful river views all year round!
