PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This remodeled three-bedroom lake cottage comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart HDTV, central air conditioning and heat, an indoor gas fireplace for cozy winter nights, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work. A whole-house water filtration system was added in 2021 for clean, great-tasting water.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
Enjoy your own private sandy beach with a fire pit right on the shoreline. Bring your own boat and tie up at your private dock or enjoy the included canoe and aluminum fishing boat. Bennington pontoons with 90hp and 125hp motors are available to rent for an additional fee and must be reserved in advance. The cabin offers breathtaking views of Lac Courte Oreilles from the patio, living room, den, and master bedroom. A circular driveway provides plenty of room for trucks, boats, and toy trailers with easy pull-in and pull-out access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom one has a queen bed.
Bedroom two has a queen bed.
Bedroom three has a queen bed plus two bunk beds with four twin mattresses total.

DOG FRIENDLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL
We love dogs and welcome up to two dogs with prior approval and an additional fee. Dogs must be well behaved, not excessive barkers, and not destructive. Dogs should be supervised at all times and crated when left alone. One large crate is provided at the cabin. The yard is not fenced, so dogs must remain on the property. Guests are responsible for picking up after their dogs. Sorry, no cats allowed.

WATER ACTIVITIES AND LAKE LIFE
Lac Courte Oreilles is over eight miles long and more than 5,000 acres, making it the largest natural lake in the county. It is well known for excellent fishing, boating, swimming, sailing, and water sports. Take your boat to the popular sandbar and spend a warm summer afternoon relaxing on the water. Several nearby marinas offer rentals including pontoons, jet skis, and ski boats.

YEAR ROUND OUTDOOR FUN
In winter, the snowmobile trail crosses the lake directly in front of the cabin, giving you access to thousands of miles of groomed trails right from the property. Snowmobile rentals are available locally and some companies will deliver equipment directly to the cabin.
In summer and fall, enjoy ATV riding throughout Northern Wisconsin. The Chequamegon National Forest offers more than 140 miles of trails and can be accessed without trailering from the cabin. Hiking, biking, and CAMBA and Birkie trail access are approximately eight miles away.

SEASONAL BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Mid-June through July and August require full-week bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
Birkie Weekend requires a four-night minimum stay.
May, early June, September, Christmas, and New Year holidays require a three-night minimum stay.

The cabin is located approximately nine miles south of Hayward, Wisconsin, and about 140 miles northeast of the Twin Cities metro area. Nearby attractions include a casino, wineries, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and easy day trips to surrounding Northwoods communities.

TRAVELING WITH A LARGE GROUP
Looking to book for more than ten guests? We own the cabins next door as well. Each additional cabin sleeps twelve guests. Two or three cabins can be booked together to accommodate up to thirty-six guests total.
