Blue Moon Over Lake Martin will be your favorite new escape at Lake Martin in the Village at Kowaliga Bay! It is well-appointed with thoughtful details and comfortable, relaxing furniture. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin sleeps 8. Two bedrooms feature king-sized beds and one of these has an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The huge, partially covered back deck has privacy and peaceful views as well as a Traeger grill for your enjoyment during your stay. You’ll find a well-appointed kitchen, indoor bar seating for eating, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large farmhouse table in the dining room.

This home has lake views from the driveway. It is the closest cabin to the pool and waterfront. Blue Moon also offers high-speed fiber internet for computer use and streaming. The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community equipped with a clubhouse and pool, boat slips, boat ramps, a fitness center, and more. On-site boat storage is available for your use if needed. Excellent slough for paddleboarding Convenient to Kowaliga Marina & Restaurant, Anchor Bay Marina, Springhouse Restaurant, Catherine's Market & Café, The Social, and Red Hill. Little known fact: there are many wonderful hiking trails around Lake Martin to enjoy within a few minutes’ drive! Short visit with Auburn daughter and friends

Enjoyed our stay. Time Spend with our Auburn daughter and some friends. 45 minutes to Auburn. Couple minute walk to lake and dock. Not a lot of spots to dock boat. Plenty of room for 6-8 persons. Nice back Deck and front porch.

Great time for the 4th of July!

House was great. Very clean. Would recommend some nightstands and a dresser in the master bedroom. The only complaint I have was about the boat slips. We rented a boat for the time there and never had availability to a slip. From talking to others apparently “friends” of people that either live in the neighborhood take up most of the slips. Not sure how this can be corrected but it’s a little misleading seeing there is not a “designated” slip for your rental! Other than that we had a wonderful time and would consider coming back!
