The bunk bedroom features 4 twin-sized beds and the 2 additional bedrooms both have king-sized beds. The main living area is perfect for game nights and entertaining with an open concept floor plan. The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community equipped with a clubhouse and pool, boat slips, boat ramps, a fitness center, and more! On-site boat storage is available for your use if needed. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with payment of a pet fee. Great place and neighborhood for families.

We loved this community as it was full of families and all of the amenities that you want in a vacation on the lake from the pool to the on site boat launch and docks. This home was ready for kids and pets with such comfortable beds which is a huge plus. The owners tended to a small problem very quickly and even offered to let us move into another rental. It wasn’t a huge ordeal but their willingness to make sure that we were enjoying our stay was above and beyond.
