You are 15 minutes from Camp Lejeune and 30 minutes from local beaches like North Topsail Beach and Surf City. The second level of the home is the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and a deck overlooking Wilson Bay. On the third floor you will find 2 bedrooms both with Queen Size beds, and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a deck with the same beautiful water views. This townhome is also close to several parks and a public boat ramp.
