Your own tropical paradise overlooking the fabulous Florida Bay in idyllic Islamorada. Futura Yacht Club is a 70 unit community with a 53 slip marina and accommodations available for that tranquil tropical getaway you've always imagined.

Futura Yacht Club is a gated community. This is a 4th floor condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a fantastic view of the Florida Bay. This condo is one of our nicest units with beautiful decor, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, barstool seating, living room, dining table for 6, and a balcony overlooking with stunning water views. Elevator building and community laundry located on each floor.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.
Check-out time is 10 am and the cleaning crew will arrive shortly after your departure. PLEASE LEAVE GATE CARDS ON THE DINING TABLE IN THE UNIT.
Close all windows, turn A/C to 78 degrees. Please wash all towels until the last days use and don't leave wet towels in the washer or dryer

Excellent time in Islamorada

We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was great, with the pool and beach on property. We were close to wildlife (saw a manatee in the marina). Lodgings were clean and able to fit a lot of people for a good price. Owner was very friendly and quickly responded to anything. Overall highly recommend.

Everything was as seen in photos. Place was clean, lots of kitchen supplies. Great spot to relax and watch sunset. Pool was clean. Would definitely stay again of back in the keys. Management was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Futura Yacht Club. The unit was very nice, just needed a bit of updates in the bedroom and bathrooms. I spoke to the property manager about a few of the issues we encountered and he has since informed us that the property owner will be working on improving them.

Probably not coming back

We had a great time but had a few issues. First, check-in process was unreal. Supposedly there was an email sent that we never got. Office was closed all weekend so we couldn't get our parking pass. After talking to the property manager, my son had to drive to some random house to get the gate passes so we could even get in the gate. Second, one of the master bath sink faucets leaked if you used it so we could only use one sink. Also we could only turn the A/C down to 70 because it would freeze up. Pool area had iguana poop everywhere.

We are sorry for your issues. We didn't hear anything from you all week and we would have fixed it or sent a repairman over if we had known.. Last week's guest didn't mention a sink issue and neither did the cleaners. . You were sent an email about check in and also VRBO sends instructions. 21 other check ins on Saturday and nobody had an issue. We are sorry Futura office was closed so you couldn't get a parking pass but you were able to park with no problem/restrictions. The condo was very cold when we got there yesterday to check it after your departure. We cannot control the iguana population - there are a lot of them in the Keys.

Wonderful view/location

The condo we stayed in was well maintained and the kitchen was stocked well. Plenty of space for group of 6 adults/1 child. The overall property was well maintained and walking the docs watching the sharks and manatee was a daily routine and the sunsets were beyond beautiful.

Wonderful condo in paradise

We had a great stay! It was our first time at Futura and we will definitely be back. The views of the Florida Bay were beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved the little beach area and saw so many different fish, some manatees, and a shark right in the bay next to the beach. The pool was very nice, too. The condo was clean and spacious enough that we had plenty of room.

The location was very central to everything. Accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable, people were fun and friendly. Islamorada is a happening place either in the water or on the beach.
