All three bedrooms are large, full of natural light, and have plenty of storage for your things so that you can unpack and feel at home. Two of the bedrooms feature private balconies with outdoor furniture inviting you to have a quiet moment and enjoy the lake view whenever you choose.

Three pristine bathrooms offer the choice of bath or walk-in shower. You'll especially enjoy the luxurious, newly remodeled bathrooms that feature spa-style soaking tubs and sleek tiles. The bathrooms are styled in a coastal theme, fitted with modern fixtures, and are stocked with essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper.

The open concept floor plan and light color theme lend a modern, spacious feel to the main level. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and cutlery you need to feel right at home cooking during your stay. Loved our stay here. Highlights were the roominess of the master bath and ensuite. The view of the lake in the back yard was spectacular. Also the main living area had a lot of natural light. The community area was beautiful and the pool was excellent for the kids. Beds were comfortable. The only drawbacks were the couch, which wasn’t the most comfortable, and the dining room table was too small. Other than that the house was clean, beautiful, and spacious.

Just as advertised. The house was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The location was great, only a 2 minute bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach. Highly recommend gold cart rental - even during spring break busy season, always able to park the cart at the beach access. Dawn was super responsive throughout the stay. Will definitely consider staying here if we decide to come back to Santa Rosa Beach. The local restaurants and shops were nice, as well, and the pools were clean, and again, never too crowded.

Fantastic Stay!

This house was well appointed and spotless, great for a group of three couples with each having a large, well-furnished bedroom with a separate full bath easily accessible. We have stayed at numerous VRBO’s and were surprised by the amount of awesome beach gear that was provided- great beach chairs for the whole group, large umbrellas and even a cart to haul it all down, and the beach bikes were in great shape due to being stored inside a shed (which often isn’t the case). Fantastic private fenced backyard with a large lake behind it was perfect for sitting and reading in the shade of the large trees, and great for our little dog who travelled with us. This neighborhood is small, gated and private, the two neighborhood pools weren’t crowded even during fall break. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family vacation at Vista Lago!

What can I say, Vista Lago was fantastic! Dawn was very helpful and communicative, providing the location, check in procedure, and info on local restaurants, beaches, and other destinations. The house was immaculate with beautiful finishes throughout. The spa-like bathrooms were super luxurious and relaxing at the end of a long day at the beach. It was great to find a place this nice, close to the beach, and with a fenced backyard for our dog who decided to vacation with us! The house was well appointed with bikes, beach gear, and provisions for laundry and the dishwasher. We loved our stay at Vista Lago and look forward to returning in the near future. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean home for our family vacation! Dawn was very responsive and so many extras were provided that made the stay even better..plenty of towels, beach towels, 2 bikes, gas grill, kitchen well supplied, beds were comfortable and many beach chairs. Very comfortable home with updated furnishings and w/ three small decks to enjoy as well. Great place to ride bikes and you can walk to several restaurants and the beach. We walked to the bike rental co. The beach access to the right of the neighborhood was less crowded which we preferred during our spring break. Kids enjoyed the pools too. OMG! Our stay at this house was nothing less than awesome. The house was clean, it was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dawn was a great host. We had no issues at all. While we brought a lot of things with us, there were several items that were available at the house. We also brought our small fur babies with us and that was a big bonus for them to be allowed. We will most assuredly consider staying here again on a future trip. Thanks again Dawn for our 2 week stay at your home and the beautiful Emerald Coast.

The property perfectly suited our needs. We had four adults and one six year old boy. We all had more than enough room. The house is exceptionally furnished with top notch everything (beds, linens, kitchen equipment, etc.). One of the two pools is in the same block as the house. I was at the pool every day and the pool maintenance persons were there like clockwork to clean and service the pool/pump. Over the years we’ve stayed in the Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain area more than a dozen times. This property tops them all!

The Best House in Old Florida Village

My family (wife, boys 14 and 10) and I have been staying in Old Florida Village on our trips to Santa Rosa Beach and 30A for more than a decade. We've stayed in several houses in Old Florida Village. This was the best house we've stayed in, hands down. Recently updated, the house has everything you need! From bicycles and a gas grill to wine glasses, plenty of dishware, cutting boards, and quality knives, the house is perfect appointed for a week stay (or longer). Dawn was the perfect host and couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Responsive, friendly, and outgoing. With two pools and the ocean a short walk across 30A (or an even shorter bike ride), Old Florida Village is our perfect beach getaway. When we go to the beach again in the fall or spring, Dawn's house will be where we stay!

Great Place!

We had a blast during our stay here. The property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and there is golf cart parking. We rode the provided bikes on the bike path along 30A all the way to Seaside. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were also provided. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is well stocked with blankets and towels. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need. The fenced in backyard is fabulous if you have a pet. Dawn is great. She answers texts in a timely manner and was more than willing to work with us on a late check out. I would 100% recommend renting this property.
