- +/- 500 m from the Dolmen of La Joselière which, together with that of Prédaire, are located in a protected natural and wild environment that should not displease nature lovers and wide open spaces.

The house:
-it is located in a residence with SWIMMING POOL (unheated, open from mid-June to mid-September) with paddling pool for the little ones, TENNIS, petanque court, ping-pong table, all free for residents.

- An electric awning protects the house from the sun and heat in summer.
- The house is oriented to the west, which with the adjoining property to the south, is more bearable in the summer
- The windows of the rooms are double-glazed and equipped with a mosquito net.

Important note: A deposit of €70 must be provided for cleaning. It will be refunded if the house is left clean.
