The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stone countertops, double ovens, dual dishwashers, ample cabinetry, and a walk in pantry. A nearby laundry area includes a washer, dryer, additional full size refrigerator, and ice maker for added convenience during extended stays. A half bathroom and elevator access are also located on this level.
The upper level offers a second living area with mounted television and sleeper sofa, ideal for kids or evening movie nights. An additional washer and dryer and elevator access make multi level living effortless.

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
