Beach Oasis in Downtown Santa Cruz

Hey friend! We are a wife and husband duo that is super excited to welcome you to our little oasis in the paradise of Santa Cruz. We are passionate about our corner of California and want to share all the treasures with you.

This is a two story Victorian style home. Enter into the mid century living room and dining nook with its modern chic bar. Enjoy true California style indoor-outdoor living via the wide French double doors leading to our private deck. A cozy, but fully equipped, kitchen with microwave, stove, and full size refrigerator will fulfill all your vacation meal needs. There is a bright and renovated full bathroom on this level, as well as a game/bonus room (with an arcade console) that steps out to the fenced yard and five person hot tub. A comfortable La -Z-Boy sofa queen sleeper bed with upgraded air mattress system will help accommodate additional guests in your party.

Upstairs are spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, and both with queen beds. The primary bedroom has a quiet, romantic balcony, complete with bistro style seating for any morning coffee or nightcap. The second full bathroom has been upgraded with a Japanese style bidet toilet, a tall shower door and elevated rain shower.
