Nature Lover's Paradise!

This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! The cabin is just a short drive away from the town center and local eateries; 302 Tavern, Saco River Brewery, Top of the Ninth, Oxford House, Jockey Cap Country Store, and the Old Saco Inn, just to name a few.

Away from it all, but close to it all, if needed. North Conway shopping, Storyland (35 minutes), Mt. Washington, Conway Scenic Railroad, Mt. Washington Valley Children's Museum (about 20 miles away) Skiing at Pleasant Mountain (Shawnee Peak) is closest, about 11 miles away; Canmore Mountain Resort (25 minutes), Attitash Mountain Resort (35 minutes), Saco River Canoe and Kayak Rentals (5 minutes), Jockey Cap Trail (5 minutes), Hemlock Bridge (18 minutes), Mt.
