A large porch for nature viewing, huge parking for your toys/trailers. Lovell Golf Course 1.1mile, Kezar Lake beach 1 mile, hiking trails everywhere, 22 miles to Conway and all it has to offer, Ebernezar, Center of Lovell Market, , Stow Bakery, free tennis courts, library, Narrows Marina 1.6m for boat rentals. Location, Location, Location. BIG FUR BABIES ALLOWED no weight limit but must be trained not to eat my furniture, housebroken ,and no fleas Pet charge. Yet totally upscale newly done It is located a mile from Golfing, swimming, boating, restaurants, hiking, hunting, access to ATV/snowmobile trails. 8 miles from Fryeburg, and Shawnee Peak Ski area. 20 miles to TAX FREE shopping in NH, Cranmore ski, Sunday River, 25 miles to Storyland. House is private, lots of parking. White mountain adventures such as the basin in Stowe
