Condo is located on the Isles of Capri, which has a Naples address, and is right across the Marco river from Marco Island. Boats go in and out of this river, manatees play, and dolphins jump! There are amazing restaurants nearby on the Isles of Capri...or in Marco...or up in Naples. This condo is on the 1st floor of a 4 floor building. It has 1440 sq ft, washer and dryer are in the unit, there is a separate soaking tub where you can relax and look out onto the water! There's a screened lanai for your relaxation. But also a huge private terrace for your own little piece of heaven that you can keep all to yourself!
