Eagle’s View on Mabel Lake!

Our home is newly remodeled with paneling in the lower level, and a new gourmet kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, and even under-counter lights. Clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful, natural rock gas fireplace on upper level. Lower level fireplace also, for your enjoyment. Our home has an open-floor concept where the dining area, kitchen, and upper living area open to a large 3-season porch where you can relax, or walk out to a large deck to hang out or dine. The deck stairs lead down to the a lower deck with a gas grill, and a sitting area. And the lower level walk-out leads to a hot tub, large yard , fire pit, and the lake area. Public boat access is available.

We both grew up in Minnesota, and have spent lot of time outdoors enjoying nature. We like hosting because we believe it’s important for family and friends to get together, relax and have fun!

Why they chose this property

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a “boutique” lake that connects to Chippewa National Forest. There is a public boat access and public beach at the campground, and lots of great fishing. Our yard is pretty flat, which makes it easy for children and elderly to access the water. We offer a canoe, two kayaks, and a paddle-boat, (free with signed liability waiver), to explore the lake.

We offer a newly remodeled home with upgraded details, and all the comforts of home. A hot tub is also available.
