Maison jancaliva superbe villa

Une maison formidable spacieuse qualitĂ© prix rien dire . PropriĂ©taire trĂšs chaleureux et professionnel, ne dĂ©range mĂȘme pas pendant le sĂ©jour remise des clĂ©s impeccable madame L. trĂšs gentil. Franchement j ai passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille merci C. le propriĂ©taire de la maison

Schöne Ferien

Das Haus hat einen grossen, abgeschirmten Garten mit viel privatsphĂ€re. Viele OlivenbĂ€ume bieten zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges PlĂ€tzchen. An allen Fenstern/TĂŒren hat es Moskitogitter. GenĂŒgend Aussenmöbel. FĂŒr Indoor Aufenthalt wĂ€re es etwas eng geworden mit 4 Erwachsenen. Nespresso Maschine und Toaster vorhanden. Leider wurde der Salzwasserpool nicht gereinigt. Unsere Nachricht hat die Mitarbeiterin nicht erhalten. Wir sprechen kein italienisch und haben nicht telefoniert, nur geschrieben.

Ferienhaus in geh Distanz zum Meer

HĂŒbsches kleines Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten. Das Haus wird fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen angeboten. DafĂŒr finde ich es eher etwas klein. FĂŒr eine Familie mit Kinder aber sicherlich eine Option. Bei erwachsenen Personen eher nur fĂŒr 4 Personen empfohlen. Das Haus bietet alles was es braucht fĂŒr erholsame Ferien. Der Strand ist etwa 300 -400 m entfernt. Naturstrand ohne Infrastruktur. Zum Einkaufen oder einen Restaurantbesuch benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter.

Villa fonctionnelle trÚs propre , merci à XXX pour le panier garni en arrivant et frigo avec boissons et cadeau au départ .Jardin avec oliviers et fleurs superbes, belle piscine ,douche extérieure bien pratique. La plage et commerce, restaurant à cÎté . Bémol pour le bruit de la route passagÚre,Bruit des voisins Siciliens et travaux d'une maison en construction vue plongeante sur la villa. Dommage...

High standard!

Very nice house for a familj of five persons. High standard, very nice and well kept garden. The pool was perfect and very well maintained. Walking distance to the beach. Not perfect sandbeach, but very nice and god space. Excellent snorkling! The only negative thing was ongoing (July 2019) work on close neighbouring house. Disturbing noice all day, when at the pool. However, the work should be finishen in a few months.
