Villa Green Unit 1 (Villa Terre Bianche) is a brand new villa (2013) located in a small hill just over the sea, surrounded by nature and peace
The villa is one of the 2 villas available in the large property, each villa is completely independent and each has its own Terrace and front garden, barbecue, parking, nothing is shared between the 2 villas except the pool and the golf course. Both villas can be rented together if needed so to have the entire property for your exclusive use (this advert shows the pictures of the Unit 1 but both units are virtually identical. An advert showing the Unit 2 is available on this website too).
The villa consist of a main living room equipped with a large sofa, flat tv and a mezzanine equipped with a desktop which can be also used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes or a sofa-bed for extra guests.
On the same floor there are one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (half-basement) there are 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the spacious veranda in front of the villa and a kitchenette inside.
The villa is completely furnished, all equipment is brand new and the furniture is modern and most of the rooms are air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available. The villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is a private parking just next to the villa. The Terrace is set for dining and relaxing and offers a stunning Sea view! A barbecue is also available.

A large outside space with trees, plants and a pond surrounds the 2 villas and it's set with 3 golf holes for golf practice. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
A private infinity swimming pool with sea view is also available right in the middle of the land.
The pool is available from late April until late October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions).
The pool is for the exclusive use of the Unit 1 and Unit 2 ONLY. The building next to the pool will not be rented if either the unit 1 or the unit 2 are rented. It is possible to rent also the 3rd building (next to the pool) if you are a larger group (an advert for the 3 houses is available in this website). Please ask if you have any doubts, we'll be happy to reply!

Fantastic view from the top of the hill. 3 villas sharing 1 pool which was not very clear from the post. Then owner Natale was great and super nice, bringing fresh pastry for breakfast. Beach is 8min away and a couple of great restaurants near by. Cefalu is 25min and palermo about 35.Great property with lemon, olive and pomegranate trees. We had a great stay.

Een fijne villa op een mooie locatie met een prachtig uitzicht! De weg was soms duidelijk te horen, maar dat is het enige nadeel wat we kunnen benoemen. De eigenaar is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben hier erg genoten! Een aanrader!

Der Vermieter gibt sich größte Mühe und ist bei Fragen oder Problemen stets präsent.

Beim Empfang wurden wir mit einer kompletten Mahlzeit mit sizilianischen Spezialitäten einschließlich Getränken überrascht. Auch während des Aufenthaltes hat uns der Vermieter zum Grillen eingeladen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist überwältigend. Das Gelände rund um die beiden Häuser ist sehr weitläufig und mit Bäumen und Büschen nicht nur zum Golfen sehr schön angelegt. Alle Früchte (Oliven, Feigen, Granatäpfel, Orangen und Zitronen) können von den Gästen geerntet werden. Wenn man es nicht selber macht, bekommt man es vom Vermieter auf die Terrasse gestellt. Die Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Wirklich vermisst haben wir nur eine Kaffeemaschine, hier muss man mit den kleinen Espressokocher vorlieb nehmen. Einziges Manko: Je nach Windrichtung ist die nah gelegene Autobahn tagsüber auf der Terrassenseite schon ein wenig laut. Abends und nachts lässt der Verkehr aber deutlich nach.

Family Holidays Jul 2019

Great villa set in elevated and secluded setting with fantastic views over the coastline with sun-sets over the sea. The extensive landscaped grounds are spacious with super pool and golf pitch & put facilities directly from the villa. Villa itself is modern, well laid out and we exclusively used the outside kitchen and BBQ facilities. Ideal for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children all16+) relaxing round the pool and visiting the excellent local beaches. Good location for days out across the beautiful island of Sicily (we visited, Palermo and Cefalu, climbed Etna and explored the mountains inland from the villa). Our excellent host, Natale, welcomed us with cakes, drinks and fruit from the gardens and hosted a BBQ for us and the family from the other onsite villa. He's very friendly and likeable and went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Natale. We all had a fabulous time, thouroughly recommend the villa and will be back to Sicily in the future.
