Gentle breezes, breaking waves, and bright sunshine are all right before you while you relax on your Coastal Calm balcony sipping a favorite drink. When you are ready, it is just a short walk until your feet are luxuriating in the sand. Wade into the refreshing Gulf water, splash in the waves, walk the shore looking for that treasured sea shell, suntan on the beach and even enjoy a camp fire in the evening. Maybe you prefer some time in the pool or a soak in the hot tub These are also just a few offerings you can indulge while staying here at Coastal Calm. Here in Port A, there is a lot to discover that will enhance your vacation. Great restaurants, unique shopping, exciting excursions are just a short drive away.

Every time we come here, my wife and I always take a slow drive down the beach listening to the water and watching the birds. My favorites are the little Sandpipers scurrying along the sand. My wife, she enjoys the pelicans drifting on the breeze. Once we reach town we usually stop at Port A Creamery for an ice cream treat.
In the evenings you can sit back and watch a your favorite show on Netflix or Disney+ from the living room 70" television. Bring your game console, we have the connections ready. Make a meal or prepare a snack in the generously appointed kitchen. When you are tired after another great day on Mustang Island beaches, snuggle up and drift off to sleep in the two upstairs bedrooms.

Fun in the sun

We love this condo. We have rented it out three different times the amazing view the amazing facilities and a condo itself. Everyone fell in love with it.

Been coming to Port A for a long time, but first time staying here .. we LOVED the condo and will definitely be back .. Really nice and clean and we could see the pride in ownership that is taken

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. We bought a wagon and tent to use but they had one , so I left mine in the box. Super clean! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location!!

We stayed here with our 3 small children and my parents and we weren’t crowded at all! The bedrooms are upstairs and the master bed is huge so our inflatable toddler bed fit fine and even left a lot of space for us to walk around the room. The condo comes with a tent and lots of chairs and beach toys and towels. The walk to the beach from this condo is so short! On the pics it looks like a far walk but it literally is right there on your backyard. It’s very private and not many people on that beach. The 3 pools are perfect too! We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the location to Port A and Corpus. Our condo was comfortable and loved that the owners had a few extra amenities. It was nice to spend the day at the beach and easily go back to room if needed. Our view was wonderful.
