This unit is perfect for family vacation. Unit is Clean and furnished very well. The property has easy access parking. The pool and Beach are great. The owner of this unit is so very helpful with check in check out any questions. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a nice vacation in Panama City.

Over all things were good. The living room furniture is not comfortable unfortunately. The only other thing we didn't like is the condo complex rules about not giving an extra parking pass during certain times of the year. Other than that the unit was clean and in a great location. No other issues. Thanks for everything.

Nice condo, great location, and very clean.

The condo was spacious and overlooked the beautiful sugar sand beach. The place was right next door to a great restaurant that had good food and night entertainment. The condo even provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was a nice perk.

Amazing, spacious, clean condo with an awesome view!

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. Very nice, clean, up to date, nicely furnished. The owner was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. I’m hoping to bring my family back to this condo again.

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautiful, nicely equipped condo, on the quiet, family friendly end of Panama City Beach. We had more than enough room for 4 adults & 3 children. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home for our week long stay. We really enjoyed staying here & look forward to coming back.

Condo is nicer than it seems in listing. Host was very responsive and helpful during check in process even late in the evening. One of my best vrbo experiences yet and i use them 5-6 times a year

Eve, somehow I have a feeling this is a retaliatory 3-star review - your party left our home an a very messy condition, so we had to deduct $$ from your deposit for extra cleaning (our housekeepers had to call additional helpers(!) to get cleaned up after your visit and to prepare the for the next family). You didn't communicate any concerns during your stay, and you didn't have any objections after we sent you the mess photos. We're pretty sure we'd earn a 5-star review from you otherwise. Our condo is 1425 sqft (pretty large by oceanfront FL standards) with huge wraparound balcony, and our listing has actual photos of the actual condo where we host our guests, including king- and queen-bedrooms...

Family vacation 2023

We had a wonderful vacation this year. Loved your condo. We had all the conveniences of home. Walking over to Schooners was nice. We didnt have to worry about parking. Our little granddaughters loved the pool. We will definitely be back and we cant wait. Thank you so much! The Cornett Family!

Nice condo

We had our annual mother/sister girl trip in May and the condo was perfect. Very clean. Good wrap around porch. Could use a cleaning, kind of sticky. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens. Spacious washer/dryer. Ilia was great to work with. Always answered my emails right away. Weather was beautiful although windy! Would totally recommend!!

View and location were great - needs some updates.

Really nice building, parking and location. Condo offers absolutely beautiful gulf view from the livingroom and masterbedroom. The beach is super close. We really like the condo but it really needs some maintenance and updates. The master bedroom mattress is very worn. Sheets were also very worn and scratchy and just need replaced. A couple of new bed pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, dish towels, new shower curtain and rod (rusty)and a couple hours of maintenance would make this condo much nicer. (Light bulbs out in all rooms, toilet paper hanger off the wall, rusted baking sheets in kitchen, 1 dishrag in the entire place, dingy bath towels, no blanket for beds, just sheets and bedspreads - we ended up buying some from Walmart. ). Owner was very nice and responsive to our requests for lightbulbs and new towels while we were there but the condo needs more TLC in general.

Just okay...loved the beach.

We stayed in unit 201. The communication with the owners was great, they always responded quickly. We had two infants and there are not any cribs/beds for babies, but we were able to have family bring us at least one to use for the week. The unit could use some TLC and updates. The cleanliness wasn't the best, as I could tell the cleaning folks don't clean behind the couches/dressers. The bedspreads, had stains and hairs from others, they don't wash them. We threw them in the closet, but then found out we now had NO blankets. We had to buy blankets from the Dollar General. There's a nearby Wal-Mart, but apparently, this is a common issue and there's a shortage of blankets in the stores. The unit could use some throw rugs in the entryway to wipe off your feet. The kitchen appliances, skillets, etc. are not the best, but usable. Bring your own spices too. I didn't like that the people in the pool could see into our unit, even though we are on the 2nd floor. If I rented again, I would probably stay on floor 3 or 4. Overall, for the price, the location is great with an awesome view of the beach.
