Had a great time here bringing in the New Year with family. Layout was perfect and it was close to everything. Good food and fun. I have no complaints. Only feedback would be maybe to add a few more pots and pans for cooking and maybe a few containers. Cooking dinner was a task for 6 people with just one big pot and nothing to put the leftovers in. However Walmart was literally up the street so it was really no problem. My family loved the stay and are already asking if we can go back and stay here again.
My family and our dog recently stayed here for a quick getaway and really enjoyed the property. The house is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, whoever stayed there before us filled the dishwasher with filthy dishes but didn't run it so we were greeted with a nasty smell in the kitchen. Needless to say we ran the dishwasher and moved on to enjoying our stay. The property is well laid out. My kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves but we all enjoyed time in the spacious living room. The whole family enjoyed the foosball table and it provided entertainment during downtimes. In the evenings the huge couch and large TV made for a great place to recover from the day's activities. One note about the TV; you cannot access the HDMI port at all. We brought our Fire stick but couldn't use it. We could watch TV and it had Netflix just couldn't use the Fire Stick. Obviously not a huge problem. I was very uneducated on the areas in Fort Worth and just hoped for the best when I picked the area to stay in. I loved the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do as well as close to grocery stores etc. The house is on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood. We LOVED walking our dog there every day and always felt safe and had beautiful houses to look at. The backyard was just big enough for our dog to have some space to hang out etc and was secure. I recommend this property if you are looking to spend some time in Fort Worth.
Property was clean for the most part except the couch. So much dog hair, had to use blankets to sit on it. Property was great location, once we finally received code (vrbo check-in code was never updated so we couldn't get in right away) for the property it was easy to come and go. We had two cars and didn't much like parking the second vehicle on the street but we had no issues of security. Very cute place to stay for our Christmas vacation.
This duplex was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, nice towels, the kitchen was very well stocked with the basics and even water bottles, coffee pods & creamer. The location is incredible—central Ft Worth, great neighborhood & close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this property.
This property size was great! Great location. The kitchen and bathroom floors were filthy. I mean very very dirty and gross. I dropped my towel on the bathroom floor by mistake. I picked it up and dried off my face. It was full of hair and dirt. So so gross. the baseboard were full of grime. I don't think that the showers and tubs have had a good cleaning in quite some time.
