Located in the heart of the Atchafalaya Wetlands, halfway between Lafayette & Baton Rouge, this 2,800 sqft property has a spacious living area & well-equipped kitchen. Walking upstairs, you enter a sunroom overlooking the water. One of two bedrooms has a work desk or can be used as a vanity. Downstairs is a game room with a pool table & entrance to a large deck with outdoor amenities & beautiful scenery. Bayou Belle is great for fishing, relaxing, & fellowship. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Good evening! I hope you all enjoyed your stay! Just a few reminders: check out is at 10am.
Please load dishwasher with dirty dishes and turn ON. Please strip used sheets and leave on bed and place dirty towels in washing machine and turn ON.
Please lock both the front and back doors upon leaving. We hope you had a five star stay! If for any reason you did not, please let me know how we can improve. Safe travels!

- NO SMOKING IN HOME. If you would like to smoke, please do so in parking area or back deck and dispose of cigarettes.
Flood lights for back deck are to the left of laundry room (located upstairs)
Some of the light downstairs don’t work (old house, crazy wiring!)
