Nestled along the tranquil banks of the river, this charming three-bedroom, three bathroom house offers a unique blend of comfort, adventure, and natural beauty. Whether your looking for a peaceful getaway or an action-packed vacation, our home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Step outside to your private floating dock, where you can enjoy serene river views, fish or launch your kayak. Gather around the cozy firepit in the evenings to roast marshmallows, share stories, or simply relax under the stars. It's an ideal setting for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Escape to our riverside retreat and discover the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, whether a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, we can't wait to host you! Will have access to all of house and yard and under area of house with outdoor kitchen and extra bathroom, small additional building is able to be rented with main house if needed when available, this property has a shared driveway with another building on property, the grill is charcoal, charcoal not included, the underneath area with hot tub and fire pit is a shared area if other building is rented also, just a few miles downs the road is Cajun heritage RV park you can access for only 10 dollars a day! Enjoy pool and other events! Great private peaceful neighborhood Four-wheeler, golf carts are permitted in neighborhood. Also, just down the road a mile or so is Cajun heritage campground, which offers a day pass for only 10 dollars to any events and pool!!

Atchafalaya Basin Fishing Trip

The house was amazing and worked out perfectly for my son and I, as it is very close to the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge boat launch. There is also a launch very close to access the Atchafalaya River and keep your boat at the dock on the property. All of the amenities were top notch and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area.

Paradise on the Atchafalaya

This is a beautiful house that is open and airy. The bedrooms are spacious. We cooked in the kitchen, played card games, did karaoke, fished off the dock, played cornhole, caught frogs and snakes, and just relaxed.... It truly is a piece of paradise in nature. It was exactly what our family was looking for!

Nephew’s graduation family get together.

It was a memorable weekend with my family. It was our nephew’s college graduation. Made a lot of memories in your property. The place was so peaceful and the view was amazing. A couple wof things I’d like to mention. The microwave oven was not properly secured. Every time we want to wopen it we have to lift the front of the microwave so the door can open. Another thing, most of the towels have stains. It was clean but the stain is really bad. Overall, the amenities were excellent.
