The house was perfect for us (5 adults). As we looked at VRBO options, we used the pictures to make our choice. The place is as the pictures show if not better. Jane is an amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Prior to our trip, she communicated the hours for food stores and restaurants since our stay was over Christmas. A train track is close and trains pass often, but it was one of my favorite parts. You can also hear church bells. If you prefer to cook meals, the kitchen is well stocked. There is an Edeka right around the corner, but Aldi and Lidl are about 10 minutes away. To top off our trip, it snowed. We live in Georgia (USA) and don't see it often. The wood burning heater in the living room made for cozy mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Feuerholz und Anzünder wurden stets sofort wieder aufgefüllt, ohne das wir etwas sagen mussten.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Es gibt neben dem gut ausgestatteten Badezimmer noch ein Gäste-WC.Die Ausstattung in der gesamten Wohnung war gut, eine große Pfanne mehr, wäre noch gut gewesen, sonst gibt es allerdings nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren vom 20.12.24 bis 2.1.2025 in der Ferienwohnung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder diese Wohnung wählen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Der Kamin hat uns gemütliche Abende beschert. Ein großes Lob an die Vermieterin Frau Waltl.

Unser Aufenthalt mit unserem Hunde und Familie war vom ersten Tag an top. Bei Urlaub in der nähe vom Chiemsee eigentlich klar. Nein das liegt auch an den Gastgebern und da hatten wir eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und vorallem in diesem Jahr ein Highlight. Alle Fenster und die Terrassen Tür hatten Fliegengitter. Was bei diesem Mücken Sommer sehr nötig war. Dazu sind in der nähe unserer Unterkunft alle Geschäfte und Lokale in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.n

Schöne große Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber, alles ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt zwar nah am Bahngleiß, die Züge sind aber sehr leise und uns hat es in keinster Weise gestört. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Würden wir wieder buchen wenn es sich ergibt!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Übersee, auch wenn das Wetter nicht schön war. Frau Watle ist sehr nett und hat uns wunderbar empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und gut geeignet für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Die tolle Bäckerei und der EDEKA in der Nähe waren sehr praktisch und der Biergarten im Zentrum war wirklich top! Das Auto ist notwendig, um an den Strand zu gelangen und die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig, was schade ist. Die Bahnlinie ist zwar sehr nah, aber die vorbeifahrenden Züge haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden, Kind und Hunde

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top! Frau Waltl war eine super Vermieterin, die uns den Aufenthalt sehr einfach gemacht hat. Meine Freunde kamen mit Kind aus dem Ausland und sie hat uns sogar noch einen Kindersitz für mein Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir in die Berge fahren konnten. Außerdem waren Kinderbücher und Kindermöbel im Haus vorhanden. Meine zwei Hunde waren auch sehr willkommen. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub! Gerne wieder.

Eine schöne, nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie ist groß genug für 6 Erwachsene. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und wir haben nichts an Küchenutensilien vermißt. Auch das der Bäcker und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Fußweite waren fanden wir sehr praktisch. Alles in einem, ein schöner Urlaub mit schöner Unterkunft und einer netten Gastgeberin
