Only 4 min Uber to famous fun Old Town Scottsdale nightlife, Wine Bars, Spring Training, Golf Resorts, hiking & outdoor parks,

FAST 1000 WIFI, Netflix, surround sound, TVs in bedrooms & garage, Nest climate control, and keyless entry. Pet-friendly.

This newly remodeled 4 bed, 2 bathroom home is delightfully modern, featuring upgrades from top to bottom.

The open-concept kitchen has new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, interior LED lights, LED ceiling fans, top-bottom blackout blinds, & fully finished two-car garage (with separate AC/heat). Both bathrooms are fully remodeled.

The outside has a front sitting area, a large Heatable pool deck, and RV parking. A surcharge of $50/day to heat up the pool. Please let us know in advance if you would like to avail of it so we can heat up the pool prior to your arrival.

The garage has LED lighting, an EV charging port(cable NOT provided), and separate AC/heat, that be an extension of the house (host large gatherings or work on projects at any time of the year).

The pool and big hot tub were a plus for at least 30 minutes after working 10-12 hour days while in Phoenix. Playing miniature golf, street fighter 2 and the tv’s in each room made it a hit with my employees, it was close to many awesome restaurants, lounges and roof tops etc. God willing we’ll be returning sooner than later.

Golf vacation

Scottsdale is a great place to escape the winter, and this place was right in town close to everything you need. I would stay there again.

The location and the service deserve 1 million stars. Excellent communication and perfect location for Scottsdale centric activities. I didn’t realize how amazing it would be to have walking distance stores as a renter. Also, from the house, the totally loaded shopping center is completely imperceptible. The house is extremely clean and well appointed for a mid-high range rental. Me all expectationsThe house was very clean and extremely well appointed. Perfect for a long hang at the house with lots of space and games. Heated pool is enormous and amazing.

Wonderful Location

Property was in a great location. I would definitely stay again. Property is an older house that has been nicely updated. Beds were clean. ..pool was great....older pool that actuality has a deep end which was great. I hope the owner contacts me when they read this so I can try to book again.

Perfect Scottsdale Property

If you are looking to stay in Scottsdale, look no further. This is where you will want to stay. This home has it all. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, TV's everywhere you could want one and a two minute walk to the grocery store. The home provides great amenities......a pool, outside sitting area, hot tub and games in the garage. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this home is #1 on our list and will be back again.

Scottsdale AZ House Review

Check in was extremely easy. The house was clean and for the most part comfortable. The refrigerator icemaker and water dispenser did not operate. We lost connection to the internet multiple times and had to have maintenance out to restore as the router(s) would not reset which was very inconvenient as this was a working vacation. The outdoor furniture was worn/dirty and the hot tub filter was certainly in need of replacing.

Nice place in a convenient location.

The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to live in. The short walk to the shopping center, coffee and groceries was very convenient. The pool and hot tub worked great. Really nice place we would stay again if possible.
