Great outdoor area and pool/hot tub. Kitchen and bar areas are well stocked. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do — spring training ball fields, zoo, botanical gardens, aquarium/butterfly house and train park, as well as shopping.

The house was amazing. Colin is a great host and very responsive. Perfectly located to all the different activities you will want to enjoy in Scottsdale. It was spotless, the pool was beautiful and was maintained twice during our week long stay. I would 10/10 recommend staying here as my family will be coming back.

We had such a great stay at Collin’s place! He was an excellent host — super responsive, organized, and accommodating. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and there were tons of bath and pool towels, which we appreciated. The location was perfect — close to Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property. The home was beautifully appointed, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for relaxing together. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit made the stay feel extra special, and the location was prime, convenient, beautiful, and ideal for a getaway.Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The host was attentive throughout our stay, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a great guest experience.A small note: the sofa is a little tired and not overly comfortable.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return for another girls trip.

We came to shop and this house was perfect in a great location. The pool and hot tub made it relaxing after a long day of shopping. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything! Loved it and would definitely stay here again.
