THE ACCOMMODATION:

ELIZÉ 5 is located on the 2nd floor of the residence and is suitable for up to 4 people.

It includes:
- A living room (sofa bed for 2 people) + Smart Tv
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, "L'Or Barista" coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom: a double bed (2 people)
- Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and 2in1 washing machine dryer)

+ a furnished balcony!

Also included, at no extra charge:
- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by the lift (Attention, max height 1m95)
- Free Wifi connection in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 4 people
- Available on site for baby: travel cot + high chair

PLEASE NOTE:

- A second set of keys can be provided! Do not hesitate to ask for it during your check-in.
- /! For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,..) but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few metres away, in the Val d'Europe shopping centre.

Located in the district of the town hall of Serris, in a quiet environment while being close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants of the Boulangerie l'Atelier and the dishes of the restaurant l'Interprète...).

You will appreciate its ideal location just 50 metres from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket.
You will also find "la Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".

We remain available to answer your questions before, during and after your stay.

Check-in: Keys can be collected at our agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
Outside these hours and on Sundays and public holidays, the keys will be collected in a safe at our agency.
