Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, free wireless internet, private parking, safe deposit, no parties, 5x shower, 5x toilet, 6x double bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, flat screen plasma tv, sofa.
A very nice beach is at about 5 walking minutes and the city center of Sainte Anne with all its shops, bars, restaurants at about 5 kms by car.
You will be welcomed with fresh beverages and a ti punch (rhum).
-Guarantee deposit of 3000€ to be left upon arrival (given back the last day)
-Cleaning fees of 210 € (villa with 4 bedrooms opened) or 260€ (5 or 6 bedrooms opened) to be paid upon arrival
-Tourist tax 2,3€ per adult per night to be paid upon arrival
