In Neßmersiel you will find peace and quiet and can relax and unwind.

Comfortable, cosy and tastefully furnished (the furniture was renewed in 2024) for 2-6 persons with 90 m² living space, this spacious, child-friendly, bright holiday home close to the beach and in a quiet location with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 satellite TVs, free WLAN, large covered terrace with garden furniture and beach chair, Finnish outdoor sauna, large green garden and garden shed offers plenty of space for your whole family.
Light-flooded bay and patio doors provide plenty of light, sun and closeness to nature.
The entire property, including the garden, terrace, sandpit and car park, is fully fenced and therefore ideal for your children and dogs.
Next to the holiday home there is a garden shed with 6 bikes, 3 scooters, 2 skateboards, handcart, Kettcar and garden furniture and a Finnish outdoor sauna.
We also offer "high chair, 2 folding cots, toys, sandpit, sand/water play table, bicycle stand, charcoal grill, electric grill, hot air fryer, coffee pad machine, washing machine, DVD player, cassette recorder and oven with 4 ceramic hobs".
Ground floor: WZi, kitchen, bathroom with WC/DU, storeroom with barbecue and toys.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower/WC.
DG: 1 small bedroom in the attic (low head height).

From the 25,000 m² sandy beach with a children's and water playground, mudflat walks lead to the North Sea islands of Baltum and Norderney and to sandbanks. Neßmersiel also has a dog beach and a dog fun agility park (dog playground).
There are several restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities, several children's playgrounds, a padel and pedal station, a petrol station and the Sturmfrei family leisure centre with wellness, sauna, fitness, massage, games and entertainment area, swimming pool, hairdresser, cinema with vibrating seats and bolting track.

Living room
Living room on the ground floor with spacious living/dining area of 33 m². The dining area with the dining table seating group and 6 chairs offers plenty of space for eating and playing thanks to its generous integration into the bay window. The large double patio door with roller blind and the bay window with the 2 glass doors with roller blind provide plenty of light and sun. In the living area there is a pull-out double sofa bed, 1 coffee table, 1 cupboard with games, DVD, books, glasses and crockery and 1 children's high chair. All technical facilities, such as SAT-LCD-TV, stereo system and DVD player are at your disposal. The round arch leads to the kitchen, a door leads to the outside storage room with charcoal and electric barbecue, hot air fryer, fire basket, toys, hoover and shelves. The entire ground floor is tiled and centrally heated.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is located in the attic with a sloping roof and is only suitable for sleeping. It is an open wood-panelled room in the attic with low head height (max. 1.75m).
2 single beds 2x0.9m, 1 built-in wardrobe, 1 bedside table console, skylight can be darkened.

Other sleeping facilities
On the ground floor in the living room there is another sleeping accommodation for 1-2 persons - 1 pull-out sofa bed, on which you could enjoy your afternoon nap.

Coffee machine for tabs, bread machine, toaster, egg, tea and water cooker, hot air fryer, electric grill, thermos flask, milk frother, shelf, various kitchen utensils, sufficient crockery and cutlery, 3 waste bins.
The entire kitchen is tiled and the window with roller blind can be locked.

Floorboards
The hallways on the ground floor and first floor are cosy and furnished with a wardrobe, shoe cupboard and full-length mirror.

Outside storage room
An outside door on the terrace and an inside door in the living room lead to the outside storage room, where you will find 1 charcoal barbecue, 1 electric barbecue, 1 fireplace, 1 hot-air fryer, 1 hoover, 1 clothes horse, 1 handcart, 1 Kettcar, toys and shelves for keeping your drinks cool.

Covered terrace
A large double patio door leads from the living room to the covered terrace with beach chair, garden table, bar table, garden chairs, deckchairs and parasol.
An extendable privacy screen of 3m can be used to create a cosy, individual space.

Outdoor sauna
Next to the holiday home there is a Finnish outdoor sauna measuring 3.3x2.5m with 2 loungers or 4 seats. Sauna infusions are available. The sauna can be used via a coin-operated machine. Bathrobe, sauna towel and sauna kilt can be borrowed from the housekeeping for a small fee.
You can shield yourself comfortably with an extendable privacy screen of 3 metres.

Garden shed
Next to the holiday home there is a wooden garden house with a 2 terrace, where you will find 6 used bikes, 3 scooters, 2 skateboards, garden furniture and cushions.

Garden
The large lawned garden is completely fenced and therefore ideal for your children and dogs. The lawn, ornamental and fruit trees, shrubs and paved paths are regularly maintained. There is a covered sandpit, 2 bicycle stands and a paved car parking space.

Access
Access to the holiday home and garden is via a lockable gate and a paved path.

If you don't want to bring your own bed linen, you can hire this and also towels, sauna coats, sauna kilts and sauna towels from the housekeeping service (additional costs): reserve these at least 1 day in advance by calling the housekeeping service.
