The holiday home has been in our possession since 2024 and has been renovated and modernised.
It offers everything needed for a comfortable, carefree holiday.
Free Wi-Fi is provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove and dishwasher, as well as new appliances such as a coffee maker, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster.
There is ample crockery and equipment available, making self-catering a relaxing experience.
The living/dining room is equipped with a television with satellite reception.
The new sofa invites you to linger comfortably.
The living room offers a light-flooded dining area with 6 seats; a high chair is available.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.
Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor.
There is also an utility room with a washing machine on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, chest of drawers with television, 2-door wardrobe and cot.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a chest of drawers, as well as a table with 4 chairs.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, including a hairdryer.
Adjoining the covered terrace is a fenced and overgrown garden.
Seating invites you to linger on the terrace.
The upper and lower floors have some fly screens on the windows.
Towels and bed linen can be booked optionally for a fee through our property manager.
(Bed linen set per person €15.00, making up bed linen €3.50 per person, towel set per person €10.00)
The tourist tax is charged per night in the high season (15.03.-31.10.) / low season (1.11.-14.03.).

Children 3-15 years €2.10 / €1.00
Children 0-3 years free / free.
The optional laundry fee and the tourist tax will be collected by our local administration upon arrival.
Charging electric cars via the holiday home's mains electricity supply is not possible.
Public charging points are available.
During holiday periods, rentals are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday/Sunday.
