Small, but nice for 2 people.

Appliances older and rusty, but worked. Whole condo could use painting. Very clean and great view of the Gulf. Short walk to the beach.

Great location, but floors very dirty. Top of refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in years. Definitely needs new sheets, bath tub stopper, patio furniture, smart TV and new cleaning service.

Great Room with a Great View!

My son and I stayed 4 nights during Spring Break and had a great time! The room was perfect for us. We loved the hot tub, indoor pool, and close proximity to the beach and downtown. There was a nice family atmosphere. Everything in the condo was great! Hope to be back soon!

View and location

I have stayed at the Royal Palms before and the view and location are great However while the property has seen better days it is now just unkept The pool area was disgustingly trashed with no garbage can in sight The only garbage can by the elevators was overflowing and the whole place needs maintenance Do not expect comfort this place now relies solely on its location Our place had a filthy deck with broken plastic chairs that were uncomfortable and cheap The inside had peeling paint crooked toilet and stained shower curtains The bedding was terrible It consisted of frayed paper thin covers that should have been replaced years ago The appliances work but are rusty and broken as well My guess is there is not a consistent owner presence and it shows No effort has gone into your comfort during the stay We left a day early and I’ve lost my previous trust in Vacasa Rentals
