Ocean Reef 105- Adorable! Budget Friendly! Beach Front! Great Pool!

Ocean Reef #105 is perfect for the small family looking for a budget friendly, beach front complex, in the Heart of Gulf Shores! Look no further! Park the car and forget it!! Walk the beach to the famous Hangout, Pink Pony, or to Gulf Place Beach where all the fun and awesome festivals, such as the National Shrimp Festival, and the popular Hangout Music Festival are held. Ocean Reef offers other amenities as well such as: High-speed WiFi, Private Beach Access, Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, and Covered Parking for up to 2 cars. Can't Beat This One! (This home sits on the first level, which is actually upstairs. The ground level is used for parking. There is not an elevator for this building complex.)

This spacious 1-bedroom home sleeps up to 4 persons with a King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. It has a beautiful, updated walk-in Shower in the full bathroom, and Smart TV's in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to whip up an awesome meal for your small family. The private balcony sits off the kitchen and faces the North (not the beach), or you can pull a chair out on the front walkway and watch the kiddos swim in the complex pool, just right at the bottom of the stairs.

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

For a place to sleep and have coffee in the morning it worked great!

Check in was very easy, we had no problems. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to make a meal. WiFi worked great, we didn’t have any problems. The location was perfect, right on the beach, we were able to walk to wherever when we wanted to, stores and restaurants are right across the street. The pool was clean and there was even pool toys in there for the children. We loved it!

Worth the atay!

This was a great place to stay! Excellent location on West Beach Blvd. Minutes away from "downtown" by walking, and beach access right in the back. The only reason for -1 star on cleanliness, is because of a couple ceiling spots that were pealing. Overall, well worth the stay!

Cozy beach get away

Beautiful property, check in is with a key pad and was seamless! The pool area was clean, well landscaped and very nice. Parking was spacious and easy to navigate. The property was just as described with a close walk to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners even left balloons to celebrate my daughters college graduation which was very sweet!

Ocean Reef # 105

Condo was clean. Also comfortable. Noise level outside was a bit loud, but we are an older couple and used to a more calm environment. Overall was an enjoyable stay!

Great last minute long weekend! Condo was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and we loved the close beach and pool area. Our only complaint was that there really are not enough towels given. One per person for an entire stay is too few. But otherwise, was really great!

Great location

We visited for a birthday & the hangout music festival. We were walking distance from the festival which was absolutely fantastic. My only real complaint is that there was no blanket provided for the pullout couch, we had to go & buy one unexpectedly, late at night. & the balcony was boarded up the first day of our stay bc of construction work. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location. Very nice older low rise complex. Good sized condo - rooms are large enough. Kitchen is rough. Can hear people's conversations from the pool area in the living room. Never had anyone above us so don't know about noise from above - side condos no noise problems. Stayed 56 nights. Would stay at the complex again.

Gulf Shores rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo clean and nice except for some small spots of sheetrock peeling off ceiling in living room and bathroom which did fall into my belongings. Coffeemaker and individual cup coffee maker both leaked and need to be replaced. Minor street noise and neighbors can be heard occasionally, but still minor inconveniences overall. Easy access to beach, food and shopping within walking distance.

Weekend Trip

The property is on beach side but this unit is closest to the road , no view of beach. It overlooks the pool. Road noise is an issue. If you have tenants above you , you will hear their every move and conversations. It was nice to have a parking space but $30 to park in addition to the rent price is a little much. Condo was clean and bed was okay. We didn’t hate the condo. It was fine for a weekend trip.

Shrimp Festival

Our condo was just as listed. It was close to the Shrimp Festival. The condo was clean, and decorated very nicely. We normally rent gulf view condos, this was street side as listed, actually the street view was not bad at all, it was interesting to watch ppl walking about. We could also see where the street was blocked for the Festival. The parking garage under the condo was a close walk up the stairs to our room. The communication went well with us. And a very nice gift left for our 45th anniversary on the coffee table including balloons was so sweet. It was perfect for what we needed this trip. Thank you so much!

Great stay for small crew

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location for our youth baseball tournament. Close to everything. Being able to walk right on to the beach, then have a pool to cool down in was clutch. Shaded parking is nice(Tight in a big truck, but works). Condo is clean, beds are very comfortable. The pool is open 'til 11pm which seems a little late, but it wasn't too bad. Mostly just screaming kids having fun. No loud adults blasting music. On the down side. The popcorn on the ceiling is peeling off in a few places. Neighbors upstairs banged around a lot. The soaps provided are so tiny it's kind of a joke, so plan to bring your own. Also, the kitchen sink faucet would chatter/vibrate so loudly when on it was almost not useable. Nice place to stay over all though for the price. Would recommend.
