Great stay for the price!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The “blankets” on the bed were basically just sheets. There were no clear checkout instructions which was a very minor thing. But the view was gorgeous! Hotel management was friendly and we had awesome access to the beach. Would recommend!

Great floor plan and beach view

The condo had 3 bedrooms that were spaced privately throughout condo. Each unit had a bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view from the large balcony. It does neat new paint and some updating.

Pictures lie

This place looks nothing like the pictures and if I had a choice we would have walked out and demanded a refund. It is run down & dirty. Smells like a sewer coming out of all the drains. Kitchen cabinets are cracked, peeling and broke. Floors are black and nasty and it shows on clean white socks. Hair everywhere, including every bed. Had to call for housekeeping to come and bring us new sheets for every bed. Couch had something gross all over it that no one would even sit in it. Master bedroom all the light bulbs where burned out so we had to take some out of other rooms just to have lights. View is of a roof and construction next door and the construction lights shine straight in the den & masterbed room even with the crappy blinds closed. All the mattresses where so old, hard and had indentions where people slept over the years. Take my advice pick a different unit! 1104 is nice, we had friends staying there.

Nastiest Place I've Ever Stayed

Romar Place Unit 1106 isn't even cleanable. So many years of neglect. A fresh coat of paint won't even help anymore. Had to just quit looking at the floors and baseboards. Would not go barefoot at all. Twp reps came in and took a look after our complaint. They agreed it was bad. Should not have even been rented out until they gut it and start over. Only thing going for this place is the view. Beds terribly uncomfortable too. Dirty bathtub. Walls totally scuffed and dirty. Furniture needs replacing. The only thing that could have been cleaned was the windows and they couldn't even do that. Cabinets literally coming apart. 18" vinyl pealing/hanging off the kitchen cabinet. Safety chain on front door broke. Filthy rugs. Plugs don't work in the bedroom so no TV for you. I could go on but you get the picture. DO NOT STAY HERE!
