Beautiful Beachfront Condo - Corner Unit - Fabulous Views - 3BR/3BA

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just next door to Gulf Shores. Our condominium has spectacular views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Just think - you could watch the sun rise from your own king size bed!

The main balcony extends from the kitchen around the unit to the master bedroom. There are two large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the kitchen/living room area, and two large sliding glass doors from the master bedroom to the balcony. The third bedroom has it's own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. The complex offers a gulf front outdoor pool, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beachside grilling area, and fitness center. The unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a television. The living room has flat screen television with a DVD player. We also have great high speed internet.

We completed a remodeling project not long ago. We updated the furniture, repainted, and refreshed the living room. The condo has newer cabinets, appliances, and two great walk-in marble showers. The entire place was recently given a fresh coat of paint.

We spend a great deal of time making sure our condominium is in top working order for your vacation. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 and we do not allow chaperoned groups. Please check through the extra notes on this listing for information about my cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. ALSO - during the summer season, I rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

Unit 1001 has a great view. The beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room. It has a great location and is close to many local restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend it.

First time in Orange Beach

My family, three adult children, husband and wife thoroughly enjoyed our first ever trip to the Gulf Shores. The location was perfect, right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants and easy to find. The views are fantastic! We highly recommend this rental unit!

Great vacation

This is our second year at this property - the first stay in this particular condo. Love the location of the property - close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped. It was nice to have the third bathroom to accommodate our 3-generation family. Condo is managed by the owners who were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a great stay in this condo! It was clean and nicely furnished with a beautiful view. We really appreciated the supply of beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, too. It's a spacious condo and has everything you need for an awesome beach vacation! We would highly recommend it. We have already booked it for next summer!

Spacious condo and comfy beds! The floors were not clean and I had to vacuum when we arrived but host refunded our cleaning fee and was quick to respond.overall great stay with beautiful beach and nice pools (indoor and out!)

Good time

A few issues in unit, owner responsive and had repaired quickly. No downtime for guests. Bring your own soap, toilet paper, Kleenex . Unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would return.

24 Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation in August. Myself and my husband, 2 adults sons and a girlfriend. My favorite aspect was the view from the spacious balcony and the surround windows which allow you to sit in the living room and still enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf. The owners were very responsive to my questions and were easy to get a hold of when we had to speak to them. I will definitely consider this property again.

Owners very attentive and condo with an amazing view!

We love the Orange Beach area and have returned several times with our family. This condo was spacious, the kitchen supplies well stocked, bathrooms were updated. The owners texted to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. The wifi and TVs were functioning well with no problems. I love when there is a King size bed and this condo had two! AND the view of the beach was amazing!

Fun vacation with family

Loved the condo! It was clean and inviting. Loved the corner unit as it gave us a much bigger balcony than the inside ones. (We were there for a baseball tournament and everyone stayed in the same complex or close by) . The kids loved the beach toys and we were thankful for the beach chairs as we left ours at home. Everyone all around was very friendly and would gladly come back for another visit and will recommend this Condo to anyone looking. Thank you for providing a nice place for vacations.

Beautiful week at the Beach

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed to a fantastic w of the Ocean and sky. Opening up the deck doors and taking in the full experience of sea salt in the air and the mesmerizing sound of waves crashing on the shores, this was exactly what we were looking for. Though it is a short elevator ride down and a short walk to the beach, I wouldn’t want anything different because the space was secluded and quiet and and really felt private, and the family loved that aspect. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and living room with sliding doors out to the wonderful wrap around deck that showed some to spend our mornings and evenings enjoying the sights and sounds. We look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful week, but I had some issues with the condo

Arrived Sat. Looked over the entire condo found some issues that I didn't want to be blamed for, so I called the number on the fridge that was posted for that very reason, got to leave a message with my concerns and phone number, but never heard back from anyone .

It was adequate

The location to the beach could not have been better. It was easy to access and we all enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool. We also liked having three bathrooms and thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the view.One snag was that the online details stated that check-in was at 3, but when we received the check-in email, it indicated that check-in was at 4 o’clock. We waited in the office from 3 until 4 o’clock and went up to find that housekeeping was still working in the unit. They were far from finished. We brought our luggage and a huge load of groceries inside and waited on the balcony for them to finally finish. They stated that they did not have the correct door code to get in and that was why they were running late.The utensils and pots and pans were adequate, but the furniture and overall unit seemed worn.I have photos, but I do not want to add them because I want to give this feedback privately to the owners as they may not be aware.
