Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is only a quarter-mile west.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view and close to what we needed

Beautiful porch view of the ocean, full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Good for our family of 5. Would have given it higher marks but when we arrived there were no towels, linens, soaps, detergent upon arrival as promised. Also emailed ahead of time about whether or. Oy beach chairs were needed and didn’t get a response. Maybe still working out the communication bugs with management company? Management was responsive when called about issues.

Not the best rental experience

The view was amazing and the place itself is very nice. However, when we arrived the place was not thoroughly cleaned. We had to wipe down counters and tables. Some furniture had an inch of dust on it. We had to vacuum as there were crumbs and whole Cheeze-its on the carpets. To me that is just unacceptable. It made me question if the sheets were truly washed, among other things. The beds are also very uncomfortable.

It is a beautiful unit but our vacation was ruined by construction

Each year, my roomate from the 70s and I meet up at the beach. For years, we have been looking for that unit that was going to be our "forever rental" and when we walked into the unit, we believed it would be this one. The unit was immaculate, updated, smelled very good and the kitchen was outfitted much better than mine. The beach access was short and we loved the fact there was an elevator. We arrived there Saturday evening and had a lovely time on Sunday. When we were having coffee on the balcony that day, 3 people asked to come into our unit to view the balcony. We assumed it was a general contractor, the head of the condo and some other gentleman. They went out to the balcony and started talking about needed repairs. We were standing right there with them and not one of them told us what was going to happen. We enjoyed the rest of Sunday relaxing on the balcony and the beach. Come Monday, all hell breaks lose with this unit. A crane with a bucket started up at 7:30am with workers taking over our balcony all day. Tues it rained, so after starting the crane at 7:30am, they worked for 2 hours. On Wednesday, same thing. Crane starts at 7:30 and we have no access to balcony. On Thurs, they start crane at 7:00am and took over our balcony again. Angry and very upset, we left early that day. Why someone never told us about this is just incomprehensible and rude.

You offer a good package but didn’t deliver! We slept with no sheets the first night. Our unit was dirty and a broken toilet seat. The housekeeper did come a few hours after we called. We got our sheets the next day. So much for our beds being made when we got there. We had to make our own beds. Toilet seat got fixed on Monday. We checked in on Saturday. Dirty sheets were never picked up. I feel terrible complaining about these things with the state of our world today! In the end we had a great vacation. Just wish it started a little smoother!

Great location, Tired condo

Cannot beat the building, location and view. But the condo is worn. Not gross. Just worn. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Be prepared to buy lots of paper goods - didn’t even have garbage bags! Everything was squeaky, ceiling fans noisy, not enough comfortable seating, mattresses terrible and pillows horrible. Could use an update for sure.

Great Ocean Front Rental

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for all of us with complete amenities for our visit. And the best part was the fantastic ocean front view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beach view and the short walk to the beach was perfect for our beach days.
