Stunning Ocean Front Renovated 2BR, 1 Bonus Rm , 2BA , Pool/Pickleball-North OCM

This beautiful, direct-oceanfront unit on 133rd Street in north Ocean City was recently renovated with a new kitchen, master bath, flooring, paint, and furniture, and has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation getaway! The unit is on the 6th floor and can be accessed by the elevators or stairs. The view of the ocean is incredible!

The master bedroom has a private hallway, a new master bath, a new king-size mattress, a TV, and access to the balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Open the sliding doors and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The bayside bedroom features two double beds and a sitting area facing Assawoman Bay. The bayside enclosed bonus room features a trundle daybed that converts from a single to a king bed. The living room has a new Smart TV, WiFi, and new furniture. The kitchen has new lighting, cabinetry, dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. The dining room table seats 8 and has a new light fixture over the table. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub. Linens, towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are included. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer. The downstairs beach closet is locked and available to guests for storing beach gear (there's beach gear in there for you to use).

In addition to the features listed above, this property offers a private outdoor pool and a pickleball court. Each guest is given access to the pool and court as well as 2 parking passes. There is free street parking for any other guests.

This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping, pet-free unit. We do not rent to graduating high school seniors, individuals, or groups under age 25. There is a two-night minimum for this unit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure that beach locker keys are returned to the hook on the right side of the refrigerator. Please return the Bayside bedroom dresser keys to the hook to the right of the dresser.
The trash should be removed and dropped down the trash chute to the right of the elevators.

Great host and condo! Very clean, organized, INCREDIBLY well stocked kitchen with complete sets of utensils, pots, pans etc. also good variety of kid and family friendly games. Easy check in, clear and quick communication, 2 designated parking spots. There's also storage with beach supplies but we did not check it out. Highly recommend!

This unit is very clean and the owners have spared no expense from furniture to kitchen needs. Everything was thought of that a vacationer might need. It is an inviting and comfortable place to stay.

Short bday celebration

Property was very clean and quiet. The condo was very nice. Love the beautiful sunrise and sunset we could watch either in the livingroom or bedroom. The balcony set up was perfect for family gathering whether enjoying a nice meal together, people watching, or just some good family fun. The host was extremly nice gave perfect directions and gave us a beautiful welcone note. Would recommend and would love to stay again!

Beautiful oceanfront beach condo

This property is perfect! The living room and master bedroom are oceanfront and screen doors allow for the ocean to be heard. The condo is well supplied, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners are responsive and helpful as is the on site property manager. We love the quieter location of north Ocean City, MD and the beach is large enough for everyone. Umbrellas and chairs may be rented if needed. We will definitely plan to return !

Late Summer Stay

Unit was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Oceanfront location made getting to the beach a breeze, and being in Northern OC, there were no crowds. Unit was just as pictured, very clean and well stocked. Includes reserved parking for two vehicles, one of which was ideal for an oversized truck. Owners were very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely rent again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic Family Stay

We have been staying at condos in Ocean City for many years now and haven’t found a nicer rental. The condo was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved enjoying our mornings on the expansive balcony where we watched dolphins splash in the water. The complex pool and pickle ball court were well maintained and a very enjoyable break from the beach. The location is perfect walking distance to a few yummy restaurants and a very short drive to grocery and fun activities. The host was friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t have had a better time!

Peaceful winter escape

My sister and I rented this lovely property for a sister's weekend away. This beach condo is stunning with gorgeous views of the ocean, comfortable couches and beds, fully equipped lovely kitchen, and was absolutely spotlessly clean. Honestly one of the nicest condos in North Ocean City I have ever stayed in! I would say the enormous cozy couch and large TV in the living room along with the ocean views were my favorite parts! It was the perfect backdrop for our winter weekend away and the hosts were so helpful and responsive and just wonderful to rent from! We definitely want to visit again in the future =)

Great condo/King bed needs replaced

Beautiful condo with great location. However, would not rent again unless the king bed is replaced. King bed was so soft that both my husband and I fell immediately to the middle when we got in bed. No sleep while we were there. 2nd bedroom - light outside of room near elevator shined into that bedroom all night. It may need re-aiming or blackout curtains in the room.

This property is as nice as the pictures. Furniture is good quality and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and well organized We really enjoyed coming home here to relax after a long day. Very comfortable. Would return here if we were in the area

Overall good. Lovely view. I have stayed in various locations with storage areas for beach items such as chairs. This was the best. I Wouldn’t have needed to take my chairs and umbrella. Another very good idea was the keypad entry which was very convenient for multiple adults not having to worry about keys

Perfect place to stay!

This condo was so spacious and decorate with modern decor. This condo really has everything. We normally travel with our growing kids so we bring everything but if you forget they have supplies.The owners even left us a gift. They were easy to contact if you need anything. This condo, Seaside Sunrise, has been in our family since 1982 and it's our favorite place to vacation all year long. We completed a major remodeling project in early 2022 and are anxious to share it with you. We have rented our unit to friends and family for years and have decided to list it online as well. We hope you will enjoy Seaside Sunrise as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the great location of north Ocean City, Maryland. It's quiet, the beaches are not as crowded as south Ocean City, and there are so many things to do and see. You don't have to pack the car and drive to the beach for the day. You are right there! It's so convenient having an oceanfront location so you can enjoy the beach, grab a bite to eat in the condo, go for a swim in the pool, and play pickleball any time you want. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, the grocery, and other stores. Take a long walk 13 blocks north to Fisher's Popcorn, or walk 6 blocks south to get fresh hot doughnuts at Fractured Prune. Want to go to the boardwalk? Don't fight the traffic and look for parking. Enjoy the adventure of taking the Ocean City bus to the boardwalk. The bus stop is at the corner of 133rd and Coastal Highway. You can enjoy the games, rides, food, shops, and various street performers on the boardwalk. Don't forget to look for beautiful sand sculptures. Look online for the outdoor movie times and places on the beach. Love shopping? Go to the Rehoboth Beach outlets and shop TAX-FREE!

What makes this property unique

One unique feature of our condo is watching the sunrise from the master bedroom or the living room. Open the balcony doors and allow the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep or help you forget about work for a while. You can also glimpse the sun setting over Assawoman Bay from the bayside bedrooms. This is the place to come to relax, unwind, and get connected with friends and family.
