Just 1 km from the center of Bagnères-de-Luchon, Chalet Manica is ideal for hosting family or friends gatherings for mountain getaways, summer and winter. In addition to the mountain activities on offer: hiking from the lodge (Cascade de Sidonie), skiing (express cogwheel train to Superbagnères 1.9 km away), fishing in La Pique, etc., the Luchon resort, its shops, services, and entertainment are within easy reach: thermal baths and water park 1 km away, golf course 2.2 km away, Badech Lake (swimming) 4.3 km away, equestrian center 5.3 km away, etc. The Pyrénées Hô adventure park is 20 km away (tree climbing, climbing, etc.), and Spain is 8 km away via the Col du Portillon. Perfect for making the most of your weekends and vacations! The cottage is housed in a contemporary villa facing south toward the peaks, in a quiet residential area. The 700m² outdoor space features a grassy garden planted with fruit trees, a courtyard, and a covered parking area. The house was designed to maximize light and views of the Pyrenees in all rooms and to facilitate access to the garden and the upstairs terrace through large bay windows. - On the ground floor: the sleeping area of the house consists of an entrance hall (closet/wardrobe), a laundry room with a washer-dryer, shoe storage, etc., three bedrooms overlooking the garden (one double bed (140x190cm) and one double bed (140x190cm) (two bunk beds (90x200cm each), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: A straight staircase leads to the spacious living room, offering a beautiful volume (exposed timbers). A central fireplace overlooks the open kitchen and dining area on one side, and the living room on the other. Bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), dressing room, shower room, and separate toilet. - A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine converted into a TV lounge. Gas central heating. Non-smoking cottage. No pets allowed. Beautiful contemporary villa, detached, located in a residential area of Saint-Mamet, 1km from Luchon, the thermal baths and the express train to Superbagnères!
