Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever!

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Huge oceanside lagoon pool — 110 acres of private beach — 10 additional seasonally-heated pools throughout the property — 4 hot tubs — water sports/activities — beach service (chairs/umbrellas) — full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner — ice cream parlor — Starbucks — poolside Tiki Bar — kids' splash pad — surf & sundries shop — 9-hole golf course — fitness center — basketball/tennis/shuffleboard courts

Coming in town for a Softball or baseball tournament? Frank Brown Park is fives miles away from Edgewater Beach Resort. Close enough to come back to the condo between games to take a break!

This beautiful non-smoking Condominium is fully furnished and ready for your ultimate vacation at the highly coveted Edgewater Beach Resort. The age requirement to book this condo is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I had originally booked a reservation for the same week at another resort that was under-going renovations. Farah proactively contacted us to let us know that the original property that had been reserved would be significantly impacted due to construction delays and graciously offered the option of being transferred to this condo at Edgewater Beach Resort. We had an amazing time and will most definitely be returning guests in the future. The condo was well-appointed and beyond comfortable. The views were phenomenal- truly a memorable experience!
