Tower Shores in North Bethany Beach is a private beach community located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway just a short distance from the beach. When you stay here, you'll enjoy the solitude of Tower Shores, and you can also take a drive to downtown Bethany or Rehoboth Beach for casual or fine dining, strolling on the boardwalk, and shopping. Experience one of Delaware's fine state parks located just to the north.

This multi-level end-unit townhouse is less than half a block from the ocean. Level one offers an entrance foyer, a bathroom, a laundry area, a partial kitchen, and a living area with a sleeper sofa and a screened porch. Level two offers a deck off the primary bedroom, a primary bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a large covered deck. Level three offers two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and a deck. You'll also have a Smart TV in the living room and a 40-inch TV in the primary bedroom.

There is no lifeguard at this beach.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
