Come home to this spectacular oceanfront townhome, with amazing views of the ocean, sunrise, and sunset! Three oceanfront decks make for the ideal place to sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, and beach ramps about a block away make it easy to access the sandy shore. Inside, you'll find stylish decor and plenty of room to spread out over three levels. The open, main living space features a full, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of mealtime seating, and a spacious living area. A brand-new wine cooler is ideal for chilling beverages for happy hour.

After days at the beach, rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower. Get the gas grill going while the gang streams the latest release and relaxes together on the sectional. At bedtime, guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy the entire top floor, including a seating area, private deck, en suite bathroom, and desk area, perfect for any lingering remote work.

Wonderful family vacation

This was a great place to stay for my family. My mom was able to see the ocean every day despite having difficulty walking on beach. She did great climbing the stairs as they had excellent railing support. Beds and furniture were comfortable . Overall flow of home was great.

This townhome is a perfect beachfront location. It is close to shops, restaurants, stores, and a short walk to beach. There have been some upgrades since last year and they looked great!

Ocean views!

This place is perfect for a family beach vacation, our 4th year at this house Great ocean views! Close to shops, restaurants and beach entrance is very close. There were some updates and upgrades this year that were great! Loved the side step access to the expanded deck!

Great location and beach access

Roomy spacious townhome with magnificent views and a great location. Very easy beach access. House is a bit “worn” (eg, carpet has stains, handrails are faded), but clean and nice. It’s a great place for a family trip.

Great views of the ocean; excellent location - walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, and the Discover Sea Shipwreck museum (highly recommend!); spacious and warm.We had a few issues with the property - a window was stuck open, a bathroom sink appeared to be clogged (ultimately it wasn't but the design of the stopper wasn't user friendly), there was no hairdryer as advertised in the listing, and there were no hand towels or dishrags.Vacasa was responsive to our concerns about the window and the sink.Taking the above concerns into account, we would still stay at the property again. Lots to love about this place.

An awesome property in Fenwick Island

This was a clean property right on the beach with contemporary furnishings. The air conditioning was cold, all appliances and outlets worked. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of seating for our two families. Any negatives were very minor quibbles. I recommend the property, and we will likely rent this property again in the future.

Wonder stay

The house sits right on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets. Three balconies so you could see from any level what we didn’t like about the house was the other side of the duplex was being remodeled , we woke up to saws and hammers and nails running that wasn’t pleasant. The mirrors in the upstairs bedroom had child handprints all over them. But everything else was really nice in the house worth the stay.

Fenwick Island

This property is a great beach front location with awesome views from multiple decks! It is an easy walk to the beach and to local restaurants, shopping, and activities! Vacasa was easy to communicate with and quick to resolve an issue we experienced with a broken coffee maker. Despite some electrical outlets that weren’t working, bicycles not there as stated, overall we would absolutely go to this spot again!

Lovely home- great space , listing is incorrect and needs updating - one of the rooms was listed as two twins but was a queen and the master was listed as king with twin was actually a couch with chaise.Clean & great location . Top bunks had no linen. We replaced your broken can opener! Bath mats would be a nice addition -

I won't trade off home usability for ocean view

This home is not well maintained. We were very disappointed in clean job. Bed sheet had hair and sea grass. Soda stains and crumbs could be seen on floor and sofa. Ants problem bothered us the most because my kid is allergy to ant. This totally ruined our vacation plan. We could not use the kitchen and dinning place at all.

Great location but the house needs some work

This house is located in a great location on Fenwick Island but the house is in need of some work. When you enter you go up the staircase which is in dire need of a good cleaning and paint job, and it has a hole in one of the steps by the landing. When you get to the first floor this where 2 out of 3 bedrooms are located both nice sizes. Biggest complaint the bedroom facing the ocean didn’t have power nor did its adjoining bathroom. We didn’t find that out until 10:30 at night when our friends arrived. I thought I would have time to call. The property management the next day but we up and out the door at 6am and didn’t return after a long day of a soccer tournament until 8:30pm. We were exhausted. I found out that night too that the master bedroom electrical sockets didn’t have power when I went to to try and charge my phone. The cleanliness was ok, there were stains on the stair rugs that didn’t look like they even tried to get them clean, the master bath shower wasn’t very clean. There was handsoap in one bathroom but not in the other 3. Then it makes you wonder if they didn’t have electricity in the two bedrooms was it vacuumed??

An awesome stay with an amazing view

This is perfect place to spent with friends and families. The house is clean and equipped with a lot of brand new appliances. The kitchen is full of utensils that you need if you want to cook. Brand new outside barbecue propane grill. Beach chairs, umbrella are also available if you forget yours to bring. The rooms are spacious with eye soothing views. The sound of waves add another feeling. The cleanest bathrooms are full of towels. Just seconds away from the beach. We truly loved this place.
