The property was quiet and clean. Easy check-in/out procedure. Nice to have a restaurant onsite. Our coffee maker wasnt working, and they brought us a new one same day. Stayed in 114 A, beautiful direct view of the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to beat Villa Capriani for family vacation

3rd time staying at this property. For families with children, it’s hard to beat the price, location & amenities. Right on the beach, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs. Nice restaurant on-site. Short drive to Surf City. Beach has never been crowded when we go.

Overall it was okay. The check in process was a bit frustrating. The info said they provided 3 wristbands at the condo and additional would need to be picked up at the rental office which was about 30 mins away. I find it strange to not provide the right amount of bands knowing the size of our party. The person at the office told us the space was ready (30 mi

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This condo is perfect for enjoying the ocean from the deck without ever leaving the condo or getting on to the beach with its easy access! The condo itself provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Can’t wait to come back!

Will go again!!!

The property that we stayed in was wonderful!!! If not on beach or at pool , I sat on balcony read books and watched the waves and dolphins. Can't wait to go again. The outside of property could is a little up keep, but over all really enjoyed this vacation!

Spacious and clean

Great space, clean and comfortable. Beach area in front of resort does not allow for much room to enjoy unless it is low tide — Tide comes up right to the edge of the dunes in front of the property. But otherwise it was a great location and space for the price. We really enjoyed it and would return!

Stay Here! Amazing View!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, and the view was truly amazing. We could sit on our balcony and watch dolphins jump and dive. I have never seen anything like it before, and can't wait to go back. The condo is in a very nice condo community (Villa Capriani) in a pleasant and quiet part of North Topsail Beach. This is a perfect location for walking on the beach and relaxing. Villa Capriani also has a lovely pool area with several small pools, a hot tub--all landscaped beautifully--and a large deck area with a great view of the ocean. The condo is also perfect for having guests. The second bedroom is huge, and is almost in a separate "wing," therefore, everyone has a lot of privacy. Overall, this is the nicest beach condo that I have ever stayed at, and I recommend it highly!

Perfect for all ages!

Hands down best beach vacation my family has ever been on! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Other than needing dish detergent, dishwasher tabs and a few cleaning supplies it had everything we needed for a week long stay. Plenty of clean towels and linens. The resort itself was amazing. 3 pools and a kiddie pool which made my 3 year old extremely happy. Easy access to the beach! Resort restaurant is a must! My one and only complaint was the parking. We had a difficult time finding a parking space on our side of the resort. We had to park across the street a few times which isn’t ideal. Overall a wonderful play to stay. We will be returning next year!

Amazing view and steps to the beach

Overall the place was really nice and clean. The amenities are why we booked! 3 pools and right on the beach. Unfortunately the large pool was closed, so we were only able to use the smaller one. Thankfully it wasn’t a busy weekend. Other reasons I only gave 4 stars, is not all the beds were made (sheets were just on the bed wrapped in plastic). Towels were the same and just wrapped in plastic. Also most places at least leave a little dish soap to get you started, or 1 dish washer tab, we didn’t have either and had already gone to the grocery store on the way in. So it was an extra trip. Love the carts by the elevator for loading and unloading since it was me and 2 small kids. Overall the place had an amazing view and would definitely stay again.

Great escape to the oceanfront

Nothing beats the view from this place! Being able to enjoy the beach without having to fully commit to going to the beach and carrying all of the associated stuff is wonderful. You are so close and low that it feels like you are sitting directly on the beach from comfortable chairs on the balcony. When we were there in April, the sun was positioned so that we could be on the balcony in the shade while still enjoying a sunny beach day. The whole unit was updated and modern with quality accommodations and available at an affordable price. While it was just me and my wife, there was plenty of room for more people if you went up to the 6 that it accommodates. A few items to be aware of. Upon arrival we weren't sure where/how we were supposed to park but once in the unit we saw the parking passes that we could use throughout our stay. You can use the local trash dumpsters when needed. The hot tubs were not working during our visit but the pool area is really nice. The unit didn't come with a lot of supplies but we were able to go to the local Food Lion and stock up for the week. Also of note, while they have 2 Smart TVs, there is no cable or satellite TV (i.e. live TV). There isn't much immediately surrounding the property (which can be nice) but there are stores back across the bridge or down in Surf City, which are both about 15-20 mins away. Access to the beach is through the pool area. There's also a nice restaurant at the property. Overall we had a wonderful time and were able to decompress with stunning views in a beautiful condo. We would highly recommend this unit and in fact have already had multiple friends ask where we stayed so they could also book it.
