This was a wonderful place for multiple generations to stay together in northern Topsail, with nicely decorated rooms, nice linens and towels provided, a well-equipped kitchen, and at a beautiful location. A family member with mobility challenges used the elevator, which worked smoothly and was very helpful. The owners were very responsive and all went very smoothly. We would stay again and enjoy more beautiful ocean sunrises / sunsets!

The house was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. I especially liked that each of the bedrooms has its own bath. There was plenty of bedding, bath towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view out to the ocean is mostly obstructed by a house in front of this one. However, the view of the Sound was really nice, and I got a fantastic photo of a sunset reflecting in the winding water. Questions to the co-host were answered quickly and in a friendly and helpful manner. We had a little issue with the elevator, and a repairman came out quickly and got it running for us again the same day. I'd definitely be happy to stay in this house again.

Great place to stay in North Topsail Beach

This was a great house in NTB! The house was very well stocked with everything you need, except a grill. The owners were super fast to respond questions and messages! We loved having the elevator to get groceries, coolers and ice to the top floor. We would recommend this house to others!

This home was amazing. Having an elevator was so helpful as we brought our own groceries and cooked all of our meals (the elevator was great to take luggage and groceries upstairs). The beach was only steps away and so quiet and peaceful. There was a small hiccup when we arrived since the code I was given did not unlock the door. I contacted the host and was quickly given an updated code that worked, so I was pleased with the communication I received.

We had a wonderful week at the beach house. We arrived and entered with no problems. We found it to be clean and stocked with everything we needed. The fact that we could see the beach and hear the waves was a plus. We had a few celebrations while we were there and Jim was very responsive with restaurant choices. Unfortunately the elevator only worked about half the time which made it difficult for the elderly and injured who were with us. I didn’t say anything until the last day so that was my fault, but Jim figured out the problem quickly and reported it had been fixed. We would definitely go back and stay again.
