Main House

Charming cottage with the perfect combination of countryside views along with the convenience of being in town! This beautiful property is steps away from the Old #9 walking trail and walking distance to Boerne's historic downtown district full of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

You will feel right at home in the main house where you will find hardwood floors throughout, an elegant living area that opens to a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and an eating area. In the rest of this cottage, you will find a cozy bedroom with a king size bed, and a large walk in closet right outside the bedroom. Down the hall is a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk in shower, clawfoot tub, and a vanity area. In addition to these amenities, the main house boasts a reading/ sitting area in the back of the home. Step outside and enjoy the beautifully manicured and landscaped property from the front porch with country views or on the large back brick patio with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Perfect cute cottage in the trees

We stayed for our 25th anniversary and to visit Dickens on Main. This was the perfect place, quiet, cute, and clean. We were so comfortable and the hosts were fantastic! We will stay here again!

Boerne Garden Cottage

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and were so very impressed with how nice and how peaceful the property was. The property has a great porch with chairs, fireplace and grill. It is very close to the main street in Boerne where all of the shops and restaurants are located. All in all it exceeded our expectations and we will be returning for another visit if coming to this area again.

lovely small house

house is small but for one couple very adequate. Lovely quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown area. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would rent again.

Quiet Week of Reflection

The Garden Cottage was a perfect retreat for my week of quiet and refection. The furniture was so comfy and the bed extra comfy. The shower was great and the tub made for a really nice soak. The whole area was quiet with HEB close by. Boerne is a pretty place and the Garden Cottage a great launching spot.

Garden Cottage

Our stay in the Garden Cottage in Boerne was wonderful, a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting and property. The host was very gracious and welcoming, and easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. It’s a great location for easy access to Boerne, and local shops and restaurants too. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing trip to Boerne

Highly recommend the Garden Cottage

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden Cottage. The property was freshly updated and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the local restaurants and also grilled a steak the last night. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent and the husband came over to light the grill for us, which was greatly appreciated!

Best vacation rental in Boerne!

This home is a great place for relaxing! The furniture inside and outside was very comfortable, including the bed. The large yard was beautifully landscaped. It was apparent that the owners take great pride in providing a beautiful, comfortable vacation home. It was meticulously cleaned and Neely was easily available by phone or text and responded quickly. I hope to return soon!

Garden Cottage

Excellent base of operations to spend a week of touring through the hill country. Covered parking for the bikes. Short walk into downtown area on a nice walking, biking path. Safe area to wander. Cottage was as advertised. Comfortable furniture. Bed is outstanding. Courtyard was our favorite. Enjoyed lounging around a few days in “the slow lane”. Well equipped and maintained. No issues.

Idyllic cottage!

This gorgeous gem of a rental will be permanently on my favorites list. It was immaculate and cozy with large shade trees visible from the bedroom window. I easily walked to Boerne square and Main Street for shopping and dining. I was alone but it would be the perfect getaway for a couple.

Pictures are 100% accurate to cozy home! Yard and porches a delight to have morning coffee. It feels good. Even a 65 year old lady enjoyed her husband pushing her on an old fashioned tree Swing. Loved the oaks

PERFECT Little Cottage - Priceless

We chose this property to get away from the big City and enjoy some quiet time for our anniversary. We have stayed in quite a few Vrbo properties and this house was far and away the best experience we have ever had. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING a guest may need to feel at home. The owners have a very high attention to detail - the house and the property were impeccable and very comfortable. Everything in the house was high end and the owners spared no expense. The house is very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Boerne. We hope to return to Boerne in the near future and will definitely stay at this little slice of heaven again if it is available.
