A 2 pas du port maritime et des quais du canal / pistes cyclables. Le logement est bien placé même s'il n'est pas a proximité des plages. Le propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin ce qui est très appréciable. Idéal pour une famille à 4. Le jardin avec le BBQ est un vrai plus. !
