Welcome to our fully loaded desert oasis. This single-level 3BR 2 Bath + Bonus room is located near La Qunita, CA with beautiful mountain views! Close to restaurants, golf, shopping. Highlights: child-friendly, pet-friendly, plenty of parking, stocked gourmet kitchen, large pool and spa (pool toys and floats), BBQ grill, large grass areas, games and toys for the kids, high-speed WiFi, smart TV in the living room + Master. 4 min drive to the Indian Wells tennis event. 15 min drive to Coachella

The bonus room includes a queen sized pull down bed, air hockey table, couch and games for the entire family to enjoy. Ask us about our Baby/Child Package which includes: Pool security gate, full size crib Pack N Play, toys, baby camera, noise machine and more.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home, pool/hot tub and backyard. Parking includes a 2 car garage and another 2 cars in the driveway.

10-minute drive to the pristine Indian Wells Tennis Garden. A short 15-minute drive to down town Palm Desert and the El Paseo Shopping District - known for designer shops and upscale restaurants.
