Great location and quiet neighborhood. The house suited our get together well. I would rent it again. That being said, the house was missing critical items upon check in and I am writing the rest as a former Host. There was NO toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom and there were no extra rolls either, only what was already on the holder. Also no paper towels or any kind of towel in the kitchen. We had to use a hand towel from the bathroom. The expresso machine had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. One of the chairs on the patio is broken and could have caused an accident. The screen for the sliding door is broken and the weather was nice and cool. The blinds on the downstairs bedroom door are broken. The faucet, fan and outlets in the Master bath didn't work. And last, there were no instructions for the TV, so it was difficult to figure out with only 1 of the 3 tv remotes working. These are all minor things over-all but would certainly help the next guests coming in. Thanks for the stay!!

Our business had a job on Duck Key. It was convenient to be located near the two job sites. The townhouse was exactly as described and perfect for the number of people. The host was extremely accessible and responded in a timely manner.

Amazing location!

The owner was so easy to communicate with and there was a welcome basket in the kitchen for our arrival. Bathrooms were well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. The location was amazing, especially if you have a boat. The listing is listed as 4 bedrooms, but the living room was considered a bedroom, since there was a pull out couch. Would definitely return to this location.

Duck Key

Great location, but I it needs some TLC, don't know of this is truely a 3 bedroom. Bedroom by kitchen has no drawers or closets it was difficult to maneuver in there. Are is great but could not use amenities with this rental. Host very responsive
