The property is located in a downtown neighborhood still undergoing gentrification. Close to (less then 15 minutes from)major downtown and inner loop landmarks like the Medical Center, the Galleria, Montrose district, the Museum District, Toyota Center, Minute Maid stadium, Emancipation Park, The University of Houston, and Rice University.
