Cozy Stay

The property was everything and more! My favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the island. The communication with the property manager was superb and timely. Will use again if I’m ever in Houston.

Fun family stay close to sites

Very clean, location was ok, but great for us since close to sites. Could be a 4.5.The negative was that the couch wa s recently broken so was only able to be on a bed position which limited group tv viewing.. Paperwork ppaperwork were also frugally

Beautiful new home!

Classy, newly built home in a developing neighborhood! Wonderful three story house with lots of natural light and modern finishes, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Located minutes away from central highways to get around Houston. The host is very helpful and great to work with, we had no problems throughout our stay and will hopefully stay there again when we return next year! Thank you very much for the hospitality-

Short Stay

This is a very nice property. It was very clean. We had trouble with the air conditioning, but the owner was very helpful and responsive to our messages. We finally figured it out (could have been an age thing!) and it worked great. If you plan to do any cooking, you may need to bring a few things to help with that. :)

Way too big of a place for us, but not complaining! Great communication from host. The neighborhood seems shady but we didn’t have a single issue, just looks rundown and a little impoverished. You can tell that rental properties are a huge thing here. Owner should leave a garage door opener here for convenience, though I was able to pair it with MyQ on my phone app (which was a pain, but worth it to not have to exit vehicle, go in house, hit close or open, etc).

About the host

Hosted by Lanre

Host profile image
Being a host has always been exciting to me and my goal is to ensure my guests have an amazing stay. I also value outstanding customer service and I put this same value in my hosting activities.

Why they chose this property

I like that this home is in close proximity to downtown. Which means everything you need in a city is within quick reach. The area is going through gentrification, fast growing, you will find a lot of new houses and some older ones

What makes this property unique

It gives that feel of extra privacy. Each room on this property has its own bathroom.
