The cabin was great...great location, easy to get into, and pretty much clean. Did not use hot tub, pool, or arcade due to being gone to attractions. I would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Not only was there a ton of activities to do in the area, but we had just as much fun hanging out and playing games at the cabin. It was a truly great place to stay.

Awesome place !!!!

This was our first time in the area and we ended up booking this cabin. It's only about 13 minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge and literally 5 minutes from Dollywood. The property manager was great with communication.

Family getaway

Everything we wanted for our family of 4. Grill, pooltable, hottub, ect and all the amenities we needed. So many things to do in the smoky mountains and this cabin is in the perfect spot to enjoy them. Highly recommend!

Pigeon forge getaway

We wanted to be together under one roof and this cabin was charming. Pretty close to all of the places we went to. We all Loved the hot tub and the guys loved playing pool. Great weekend

Cozy feel in the woods

This was a nice property.. could use some updating and some deep cleaning.. very easy transaction with the property owners.. it was our first time renting a cabin instead of a hotel.. There were a lot of amenities there as well so we didn’t have to eat out every day..

Great Smoky cabin

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The mattresses were quite comfortable. There was a good coffeemaker which was appreciated. Enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning out on the deck. The cabin was close to the Parkway and to Dollywood. Our son enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and Pac Man game. Thank you for a great week!!

Birthday getaway with the family

Our family came to mountains to celebrate my little girl's 3rd birthday . Myself, husband, daughter, son and daughter-in-law really enjoyed our stay in cabin. It rained one of the days, but we still had plenty to do inside the cabin. I loved that after a long day at Dollywood that we were so close in distance to get back to the cabin. The resort was nice and quiet with a wonderful indoor pool. Would rent from Tom again :)

This is a very convenient location for activities at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider a return visit/stay at this cabin. Contacted the owner about an issue he was courteous and had a sense of urgency to resolve. Some items are older and need repair or replacement, such as the furniture located on the back deck. The resort area behind this cabin has a strong odor of sewerage.

Good "base" to explore

We enjoyed the area tremendously! The cabin was a good location to start our exploring. It was very close to Parrot Mountain and Dolly's Stampede - two of our excursions. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the pool house. Having the jacuzzi tub was a great option for our kids, one of which had broken her arm just a day before we came down for vacation. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. Having the arcade game and pool table provided great entertainment there at the cabin as well. The cabin has been a rental for many years per the guest books. Just a little TLC is due, like updating sheets and towels, fixing a couple minor things. We would recommend the cabin if you are looking for a good base to explore the Pigeon Forge area and want an easy drive to the cabin without insane steep and curvy road, this cabin is a PERFECT option. If you want something remote and have some isolation from other cabins, this likely is not the right fit for you.

The cabin met our needs for this vacation. For the price, I felt we were paying more for the location, than anything. Needs TLC and mild updates. Little things like, 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 (metal headboard), just made it less nice. Upstairs toilet paper roll was broken and secured with a rubber band. The sheets and towels were washed with very strong scented detergent that made it difficult to rest.

Pleasant area

We visited in early June 2025. The property manager was very helpful and responded when we called. I loved the whole experience but I was disappointed in the overall condition of the property. There were no bath mats, no rugs inside or out side by the entrance door causing a slip hazard. The fireplace had loose stones, the hot tub switch was broken so we had to turn it on and off by the breaker switch. The main lamp in the living area had a broken base with sharp edges( manager was informed who stated he was aware of the broken lamp) this would be an issues if small children were around. The bath tub didn’t drain very well. This was a cute cabin that just needs a little care and refresh.

Delightful Stay

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this home. We had some issues operating appliances (TVs and lights) and Tom came right over to help us out. The kitchen could use some upgrades, but since we were only making coffee, it was fine for us.

Cabin in Pigeon Forge

I dont like saying anything negative, but this cabin is just that, a cabin. Bring everything from your house. We had to go out and buy an opener just to have wine on New Years! If you want a totally basic cabin, then this is it. I as working in cardiac surgery expected more. Location is great for Dollywood. But thats all you will get. I think they need a property manager that knows about hospitality. I have stayed in many cabins in the area, and even the most basic has more aminities. And be sure to bring curtains for the bedroom upstairs, because the light comes through very early, and wakes you up.

Upon entry the cabin was not as clean as I would have preferred. Pictures are very deceiving. Very small space. Very outdated. Deck furniture was so worn out and rotted that we were afraid to sit on it. Pool table and arcade game machine

Fall get away with family

Location was great, close to attractions, but out far enough from all the hustle and bustle. We did see a bear on the last night of our stay when returning to put cabin.

Pictures can be Deceiving.

If you're used to a good bed, don't stay here. And setting on good furniture, Way over priced, Construction going on behind the cabin that woke us up early. This is supposed to be a gated. Resort gates never closed.
